Although we went through the landlord directly on most occasions Bradley & Caroline were always there to assist with matters where needed, were very quick handing back our deposit once the keys to the property were returned & were always understanding & reassuring for us as tennents. 10/10 estate agents!

Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

2nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.
23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.
4th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Don’t touch this company with a barge pole - he refused point blank to send to me my tenants one months rent - when I gave him notice to terminate my contract as I was very suspicious that he was laundering my money!!!! - he couldn’t get it that he was in breach of contract and kept saying it was me that didn’t understand what he was saying - it also transpired that he hasn’t transferred my tenant’s rent deposit - from doing some research, it all makes sense that not only am I out of pocket but also other people are - what makes me even more angry is that a new company has been set up - something needs to be to stop these limited companies to be able to do this

He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Would highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and knowledge.- 30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)2nd time using Allen and harris for a house move, 1st time selling through them too. Service was brilliant from start to finish , staff very friendly and always keep you in the loop. Graham was fantastic giving us all the information we needed for our mortgage and found us the best deal, and the rest of the team were fab too ????

He asked me what my requirements were, suggested alternative properties that I hadn’t considered and was really helpful. Definitely one of the best interactions I’ve had with an estate agent! 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)We were delighted with Olivia Louise from our initial meeting right through to completion. Their marketing strategy was sound, their negotiating skills were effective, and they saw the sale through to a timely completion for a price well above the original asking price. They were also kind and supportive throughout, with excellent communication. We highly recommend them!

If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I recently purchased a property through Matthew's Estate Agents, and Deborah has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had also been selling a property in the lead-up to this purchase, and that sale became unexpectedly tricky and stressful. Deborah did more work to support me and keep that sale on track than my own estate agent did. Without her care, time, and dedication, I have no doubt the sale would have fallen through. It’s thanks to Deborah that I’ve managed to keep my sanity! Her knowledge and calm approach made all the difference in managing both the practicalities and the people involved. I always felt I was in safe hands, and her commitment truly stood out. I can’t thank Deborah enough for everything she’s done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property!

From the premium photography to the realistic market valuation of the flat. We got an offer accepted within 2 weeks.- 1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
