The team were professional, approachable and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and they were always willing to help if we had questions. Buying a house can be complicated, but they helped make it a smooth and straightforward experience. We would happily recommend them.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Their communication was very poor throughout. Even on the day of completion, after they had handed the keys to the buyer, we had no call letting us know. Finally had to call in and was told the sale was complete. Ben was the prime agent throughout. Surprised by the other glowing reviews, this was certainly not our experience.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)We used Hamilton Piers in Springfield. I gave 4 stars because I thought the communication between the sales team could have been a bit better when doing tge viewings. Having said that we were overall happy and would recommend them. I give Sarah in Sales Progression 5 stars because she was brilliant, she always called me back when I had a query or needed an update.

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. 2nd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)The best Estate Agents in the area, have used on a number of occasions. They really listen to your needs and wants and find the right place for you, rather than just try to fob you off with something not right just because they have it on their books. Highly recommend.
18th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)My car got repaired at BMW Enfield. Cannot thank Marco enough. He kept me updated and explained everything to me. He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

She has been a life saver throughout this entire buying and selling process and would not want to go through this process again without an agent like her! She’s always there to pic up a call and give reassurance. The support and time she has given us has been amazing. Our exchange would not have happened when it did if she hadn’t been as driven as she is and got this across the line. She honestly deserve a pay rise/ promotion and I would absolute recommend anyone to try and have her as their sales progressor. Thank you so much Amy.
