3rd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I am a qualified and accredited landlord, but I preferred to leave the advertising, viewing, and initial vetting to a reputable local agent in the immediate vicinity of the rental property. The reasons for this were the considerable time required for these processes, the reassurance of third party vetting, and the fact that the property lacked the parking facilities of nearby similar properties making it a more difficult proposition. Aimee and Allison of the lettings team at Paul Meakin successfully let the property at just 5% below the initially estimated rental. At all times, they gave prompt personal attention to any developments, whilst also demonstrating their in depth knowledge of the local lettings market. From my chats with them about the coming changes within the Renters' Rights Act 2025, it was apparent that they were also keeping up to date with developments. I would be happy to use their services again in the future if the need arises.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I do not recommend as a management company. Previous negative reviews I noticed seem to dissappear. They claimed PM lettings is a separate business and made a different Google page, even though it's all under the same roof, same staff and same website!! No other estate agent does this. And PM stands for Pollard Machin! Ignore emails or just stop replying and do not take maintenance issues seriously. Have to resort to calling in which they confirm they received emails but never explain why you are always the bottom of the pile. Mike seems to be the worst at this.

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. Would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Thanks again!
28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I had a really great experience with Your Move while securing my rented flat, and I can’t thank the team enough — especially Eren and Alex. From the very beginning, there was a real sense of urgency due to my situation, and there were quite a few obstacles along the way. Despite this, Eren and Alex were incredibly supportive, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, chased things up when needed, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. What really stood out was their determination to pull through despite the challenges. They didn’t give up when things became complicated, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Your Move — especially Eren and Alex — to anyone looking to rent a property.

I viewed a few properties with her and she was always professional, straightforward, and gave honest, helpful advice.<br><br>She was quick to respond, kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made sure nothing was left outstanding. Overall, it felt well managed and much less stressful than I’d expected. I’d happily recommend them.

The team have been incredible helpful, supportive and proactive from start to finish. A special mention to Dianne who has been kind, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt informed and reassured. Buying a house can be stressful, but Dianne has definitely make everything feel that bit easier.<br><br>Very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly. I'm so grateful for all the hard work Mann Estates/Eve put in and every bit of extra work she did with chasing to get my sale through. Thank you!

24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.
17th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)H+P came highly recommended to us from previous customers. On viewing the website and learning a bit more about the company, that being the boutique approach to property sales was the first step towards inviting them to value alongside others local agents. India on arrival for the valuation had us from her greeting and the approach to the process which took into account, not just the physical features but how we lived in and used the space. She stood head and shoulders above the other local agents who valued our property. We felt confident in her approach and it was no way near other estate agency interactions we have experienced over the years!. The marketing of the property from the advice on presenting the home and the suite of photos and video made our property stand out from the local competition of similar properties on the market at the time. From this point the whole team approach of H and P in managing the viewings , open house and subsequent sale follow up was very evident. We had accepted an offer in less than two weeks of the property going live and the subsequent process to exchange and completion in under 4 months , all in what appears to be a very slow current property market. The key to this was H and P's approach to ensuring the right buyers are looking at the right properties from their excellent portfolio that they manage the marketing and subsequent sales of. We were contacted regularly and the team always had time to speak and support through the process. Our ongoing purchase was a separate transaction which posed some problems keeping both sides on track, the team understanding and appropriate support where they could ensured we managed to bring our sale and next purchase in line with only a 3 day hiatus. H and P partners who were recommended but not forcefully, delivered to meet our expectations with some above and beyond expectations. Demonstrating why they are partners with similar ethos and business approach. I cannot recommend India , Dan and Chris enough if considering selling as we did or buying in the area. if we were ever to return to the area we would not think twice to work with them for the excellent service, excellent knowledge and excellent portfolio of properties, they redefined estate agency positively for us!!! They are now venturing into property rental management and we wish them well. We are sure both landlords and tenants will be safe in their expert hands.
