3rd Feb 2026 (22 weeks ago)I had a very nice experience with Acron Grove Park, especially Louise King, throughout the whole purchasing process. The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)The team helped me find a place to rent when my flat fell through. In less than two weeks they'd shown me a perfect property, answered all of my questions, made the house ready for me and got the keys in my hand. Really pleasant team to deal with end-to-end.

From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. Finding the right property can be so stressful, but she made everything completely straightforward and easy for me and my partner. I brought my current home from Mann over 20 years ago and I was also impressed with the lady who was handling the sale then I cant say the same for other agents. I hope that desired my property come on with Mann Catford as it such a pleasure dealing with them other staff members I've spoken with are also very professional would highly recommend

Communication throughout the process was consistent with regular updates and guidance throughout the time they were marketing my property. Thank you Karen for being such an amazing support to me during what was a stressful time. We got there in the end!

He has always been courteous not overpowering and understanding of me in selling my house even though I've had swatters then being really ill in an induced coma for several months.<br>The empathy shown while selling my house was Amazing and went through like a dream at the right price. 1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CKB. After seven months, the entire sale fell through.<br><br>While I appreciate that some aspects of the process were beyond the agency’s control, we were not given accurate information about the length and complexity of the chain. This proved to be a critical factor in the collapse of the sale.<br><br>Had we been told the full picture from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and adjusted our expectations and timelines. Instead, we were repeatedly reassured that exchange and completion would take place within agreed deadlines. Relying on those assurances, we made important arrangements that ultimately left us at risk of being without a home.<br><br>In the end, we lost seven months, spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, surveys and other costs, and had nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency and inaccurate communication throughout the process made an already stressful experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Robinson Jackson Catford. While the day-to-day experience with the staff was largely positive, a serious issue regarding transparency occurred during the sales process, which is why I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5.<br><br>The property listing and brochure both clearly advertised "private parking." However, it transpired that the property did not have a legally recognized driveway or dropped kerb. When I questioned whether the seller would rectify this, my conveyancer received an email from the agency claiming the property "was never advertised as having private parking"—accompanied by an altered digital brochure to back up their claim, instead of a perfectly acceptable answer of "no".<br><br>At the exact moment this email was sent, the live online listing was still active displaying "private parking," and I held the original printed brochure in my hands.<br><br>For me, this deliberate attempt to alter the facts would normally warrant a 1-star review. However, I want to be fair to the rest of the branch team; the staff I dealt with directly were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the rest of the purchase. It is a shame that an otherwise good experience was marred by a clear lack of transparency.
