3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a very nice experience with Acron Grove Park, especially Louise King, throughout the whole purchasing process. The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.
11th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 8th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Temi has been incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and determined in helping me find the right property. Even though the process is still ongoing, her commitment and persistence really stand out. She’s proactive, supportive, and clearly dedicated to making sure I find something that truly fits my needs. I really appreciate the effort she’s putting in.

Our sale took nearly a year and had its challenges, but they stayed patient, proactive and kept everything moving. Communication was always clear and professional. In the end, they got it over the line and we’re really grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend. Cheers guys!

20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Recently purchased a flat through Alan de Maid and Ryan provided excellent service from the first day's viewing right up until completion. Without Ryan's dedication this sale would have undoubtedly fallen through. Unfortunately service from the recommended solicitor at Taylor Rose (B.S.) was such that a complaint to the SRA is being prepared. This is not a reflection of Taylor Rose as a company as the vendor's solicitor was also from Taylor Rose and was apparently excellent. Ryan did everything possible to mitigate the ongoing problems, liaising with the vendor, calling solicitors within the chain and involving more senior staff at Taylor Rose on several occasions to drive the process forward. Ryan was incredibly responsive throughout the process and always gave advance notice of any days he would be out of the office for holidays etc. He replied to emails and queries in a very timely manner, often providing information that had not been forthcoming from the solicitor. His communication throughout was faultless. The process was a long and arduous five months, but thanks to an extremely patient vendor and a dogged determination from Ryan to get this purchase over the line, completion was achieved. Thanks Ryan!

He has taken a thorough, personal and speedy approach to our sale and has been really supportive since he first showed us the property we are close to completing on. Junaid is very fair, balancing both our needs as buyers and the sellers as well - not an easy job. He has made fantastic recommendations, communicated excellently and is always willing to go an extra mile, always with a smile. I have also appreciated that when he is unavailable, he makes sure we are left in good hands and that we are still looked after. As a result, can’t recommend Mann, and Junaid highly enough. Both Sukh Uppal and David Baah are very professional and are quick to respond to my queries and requests. They led the process with minimal involvement required from myself but kept me informed throughout. When it came to decisions, they provided their honest opinions and suggested options according to my circumstance. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them. ***** Update ***** I’ve been with this team for a couple of years now and I’m really happy with their service. Everyone is easy to deal with and always ready to help. I’d especially like to thank Lauryn Peacock for her support with a recent maintenance issue. She spotted the problem early, found the right contractors, coordinated everything smoothly with the tenants, and made sure the repairs were properly completed. She was a pleasure to work with throughout and really stayed on top of things.

From the first meeting before instruction, they were incredibly helpful and professional and we now have our dream home thanks to all their hard work. In particular, Jak Wheeler has been instrumental in making sure the process has been as smooth as possible and has sorted out any potential hold ups in a calm and proactive way. Jak has gone above and beyond in helping us sell our home and we will be forever thankful to him for negotiating and securing our now forever home. We would truly recommend Sinclair Hammelton to any family and friends who are thinking about buying and selling in Bromley.

He was very accommodating in arranging viewings matching my availability and followed up my inquiry quickly. Submitting an offer to purchase was straightforward. All communicatio were prompt, which frankly is what matters the most to me. I can't speak for selling a property, but fir buying I can certainly recommend this branch.
25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)We rented our property through Langford Russell Bromley and our letting negotiator was Adonis Bajraktari. We had a very positive experience working with him. He was very punctual, pleasant and available at all times. We were impressed to see that he even worked on weekends to make sure things happen smoothly. He was able to build up a meaningful dialog between us and the land lord and we appreciate his negotiation skills. We thank Adonis for being friendly and very supportive throughout and wish him all the best.
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Although we did not move forward with the flat we viewed with John Payne, we found the service level to be a real breath of fresh air. Quick call back from enquiry, and friendly demeanour on the phone. We were shown around a property by Oliver and although not right for us, we were both impressed with him. He was informative, and direct, and I did not feel like I was being lead up the garden path with cheap sales language. Would absolutely recommend, and in particular Oliver at the Blackheath branch!

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did.
