7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Called foxtons Croydon to view a flat in and spoken with Charlie , asked him for and appointment and he said he will come back to me, I made clear that I’m interested only for that flat viewing . After view days received call from them suggested other flats , I did explain to them that I’m interested in other flats but only on this one and still waiting for a response on the appointment confirmation, next got call and we confirmed the viewing . 1 day before viewing received a call that 2 offers are being made below asking price however I told that I still want to see the property and since the offer were below asking price I can still make a better offer . 9:20am Saturday 40min before my appointment I get which says the flat is no longer available that seller has accept and offer on Saturday and they told I will let you know once it’s still available. I has lucky enough to have seller number and I text him and he said that he was still waiting for few more viewing and then he will make a decision so clearly they are doing something dodgy and are not trustworthy as they are lying . First time I experienced such an unprofessional behaviour. I have being involved in many properties viewing selling before and never seeing something like that .

We had the help of Rhianna and Georgia, they are outstanding, always easy to reach and going the extra mile to help the sale to happen. We can not recommend this state agency enough. Great service and very professional.

From managing our rental property over nearly 3 years, as well as selling that property, we have felt supported all the way. Communication is excellent, and we always felt in safe hands. If you are looking to rent or sell your property in the area, I would highly recommend you use Hunters.

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — always keeping us updated and making sure we were fully in the loop at every stage. They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. 3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I certainly had a number of issues selling my property.Dave and the team were brilliant in solving problems and moving the deal along. When the buyers' surveyor recommeded some structural work, Northwoods found a builder and made sure the work was done quickly and to a high standard. In the end we had a very good outcome, with all parties more than happy. I would highly recomend them for their support and expertise. They were also really impressive in dealing with both sets of solicitors. A very big thank you!

30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. Big shout-out to Tom Hughes and Tom Algar for being especially supportive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend. Monique

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. 2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I’ve just brought a property with Neighbour! The team are fantastic particularly Jamie and Niven. I had an awful experience with another local estate agent and was cautious about buying in general. However, I saw this property with Neighbour - liked it from the first visit - and it was a simple process from there. Jamie was attentive, checked in and answered any questions I had through the whole process. They are different from the others, they genuinely care about the people involved and this definitely sets them head and shoulders above the rest. Thank You!!!

They were very friendly to deal with, communication was excellent and I felt like I was in good hands. Would definitely recommend!
