From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

It comes with unexpected moments and difficult parties at every turn that can leave you fighting exhausted against the current. We simply couldn’t have done it without their support, integrity but above all else their care not just for the property but for us as people.

They do not manage our property. However they have provided a fantastic service of advice, reminders and updates free of charge throughout this time. I get regular reminders about compliance and support with finding contractors. I also sometimes ask for guidance around market rent or sales. They respond very quickly with an email followed by a phone call and thorough advice is given. i am never made to feel like a nuisance. I would highly highly recommend this estate agent - Thankyou!

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CKB. After seven months, the entire sale fell through.<br><br>While I appreciate that some aspects of the process were beyond the agency’s control, we were not given accurate information about the length and complexity of the chain. This proved to be a critical factor in the collapse of the sale.<br><br>Had we been told the full picture from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and adjusted our expectations and timelines. Instead, we were repeatedly reassured that exchange and completion would take place within agreed deadlines. Relying on those assurances, we made important arrangements that ultimately left us at risk of being without a home.<br><br>In the end, we lost seven months, spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, surveys and other costs, and had nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency and inaccurate communication throughout the process made an already stressful experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property.- 14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Dane at Oaks in South Norwood was a breath of fresh air - yes most agents can be annoying and hard work and yes its part of their job! Dane made this whole slightly painful process as good as it can be - he was communicative (sooo important), thorough and i felt he was honest as well and I built a trustful relationship with him. Would def recommend using Oaks and would use them again although not planning on moving again for a while!
