The asking price was not realistic and I don't believe much support was provided to the sellers to help reach an agreement earlier. We were also constantly being chased for things that the sellers (KFH's client) had not completed/handled, causing additional stress and cost to us as buyers.

Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

Knowing we were selling our childhood home following the loss of our mum, they could not have been more kind, helpful and sensitive from the very first time we spoke with them and explained our situation. Any time we needed to contact them we didn't have to wait for a reply which takes away any frustration or stress. They had a good relationship with the solicitors and their professionalism and dedication to moving the sale to conclusion made the whole process seemless. Thank you so much.

It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward. They react to issues quickly, they give valuable advice and their experience shows all too clearly.<br>The same goes for the Sales Team. Sam, Gill and the team also have a wealth of experience. They were always at the end of the 'phone for queries big or small. I always felt reassured after speaking to them.<br>I highly recommend Paul Meakin.

21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)When we decided to sell our family home of 23 years, we were bracing ourselves for the usual brash estate-agent experience. We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares about their clients and the outcome, look no further!
