Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

Finding the right property can be so stressful, but she made everything completely straightforward and easy for me and my partner. She is really helpful and down-to-earth, which made the whole experience much less stressful, and she always kept me in the loop. I have bought and sold through them and I also use their services as a landlord to help find tenants and get them moved in and out smoothly. I love that they are local and I can pop in any time and check in on progress. Their fees are fair and competitive. 10/10!
15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I cannot thank Eshan Mofeejuddy enough for all the help and support he has given me.<br><br>As somebody who suffers from anxiety and has cerebral palsy, dealing with housing issues can be extremely stressful, but Eshan made the whole process so much easier. He was always easy to talk to on the phone, took the time to listen, and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another case.<br><br>He went above and beyond to find temporary accommodation that suited my individual needs, which made a huge difference during a difficult time. Throughout the entire process, he never left me in the dark. He kept me updated regularly, explained what was happening, and always made sure I knew what the next steps were.<br><br>Eshan also helped to get a repair issue at my property sorted and consistently went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, supported, and as stress-free as possible.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the people they are helping, but Eshan does exactly that. His professionalism, kindness, communication, and dedication are a credit to his role.
