While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)This is the second time I have rented a property via M&M and I can honestly say I cannot fault them. Sarah has been extremely considerate and thoughtful when dealing with myself and my family. Luke in particular, has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family find a new home in difficult circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough and am thrilled they will also be managing the property I am moving into.

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!
