She arranged the viewing, handled the negotiations, and helped us secure the dream home my mother wanted. She was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy.<br><br>Vicky Hughes, the Sales Progressor, was fabulous. She kept in regular contact and was especially helpful when our solicitor wasn’t very responsive. Her support really helped keep things moving.<br><br>Highly recommend them if you want a smooth and stress-free purchase.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

16th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.
28th Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)Rebecca from Howland Jones was very positive about my house, saying she was sure that there was someone who would really appreciate it's features. This proved to be true as the house sold in under a fortnight after the adverts went live. Her valuation (£40000 greater than another estate agent) proved to be accurate as the purchase was agreed at only £5000 below the asking price.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

Following my offer they responded very quickly with both email and telephone replies. They also acted very promptly with the process to start the sale. Once again I fully recommend Up Estates.

From the sales representative that answered my call with total lack of interest ,to the blatant ignoring of countless messages that I know were read but not acted on. I would certainly not list or buy a property from this company
