17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)I had a really great experience with Bagshaws Residential Mickleover, especially working with Richard Gulley. From start to finish, Richard made the whole process feel incredibly easy and stress-free. I didn’t have much prior knowledge about how mortgages work, whereas my wife (who is a conveyancer) already understood a lot—but Richard still took the time to explain everything clearly to me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation and really went above and beyond to make what could have been a daunting experience feel simple and straightforward. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Richard enough—I’ll definitely be pointing any friends and family his way if they’re looking for a mortgage advisor!

They have been so instrumental in my settling into Derby that I now relate with them as ‘family’. The whole team are professional, approachable and genuinely committed to delivering the best experience possible. A very special mention has to go to Charlie, who truly goes above and beyond. From our first enquiry to receiving our valuation, everything was handled with efficiency and care. Charlie arranged our valuation super quickly and provided clear, honest advice that made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. 1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had an excellent experience with Derby Property 4U for more than three years as tenants. As international students on UK student visas, we faced challenges renting a house because we hadn’t yet arrived in the UK to complete the Right to Rent checks. The team was incredibly patient and flexible, allowing us to proceed with the tenancy and arrange the necessary documentation after our arrival. We landed in Derby after 10pm on our arrival day, and Ken went above and beyond by coming out that very night to handle our check-in smoothly, such great service when we were tired from travel! After our initial year in the house, we made a transition to a smaller apartment seamless and hassle-free. Throughout our long-term tenancy, everything was straightforward and reliable. I highly recommend Derby Property 4U. Thank you to the whole team, particularly Ken!

Any issues are dealt with immediately and communicated straight away which is really important to me as a landlord. So happy to have found a manager that shares my principles and cares about the tenant experience. I had put off writing this review due to a terrible experience with previous property manager (Haart) who did not care at all for the tenant or landlord ignoring maintenance issues and failing to communicate or respond to either tenants or landlord communication efforts. For this reason I wanted a good amount of time to pass whilst working with One Sales and Lettings to ensure my review of their services was accurate. I have been working with One sales and Lettings now for 15 months but had been in communication for around two years and am very happy to give a 5 start review. Excellent company and service that take great pride in what they do, something missing from many companies these days. Thank you to Amy and your team, I look forward to many years working together. Highly recommend to tenants and landlords alike.

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. You all made the process easy all though it was a sad time for us. Thank you
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

Ahhh Sam, she’s so perceptive and intuitive she was such a pleasure to view properties with (she also knows her stuff!). Liz has been so kind and helpful through the whole process, it’s actually been such a pleasure ??I know it takes a team so thank you to everyone x

Still waiting for repairs i reported in October, happy to contact me when they put my rent up but won't fix any problems, disgusting.<br><br>Attached other reviews to show how incompetent they are
