As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Mini was incredibly supportive from day one. She took the time to explain every step clearly, always responded promptly, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. 21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Oliver Jacques did a fantastic service selling my flat in Bow Quarter. For work I was based far from London and they went above and beyond to enable me to sell the flat - sorting out various issues that came up without me having to travel back. I started with another agent who was not able to get nearly as many viewings, so I switched to Oliver Jacques. They were on the ball and James was arranging viewings and always willing to help. When there was a delay related to the Lease, Rosalie problem solved and pushed things forward, finding solutions and working with us to get the sale over the line. Thanks to all at OJ.

They have a very prompt team which helped in ensuring that i have a smooth move. My whole process of move was finished within a week without any delays. I would highly recommend renting from Fisks London :) !!

24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Unfortunately had to edit this down from a 5*. Incredible unresponsive to email. Trying to get a council tax discrepancy sorted in the initial tenancy agreement due to an error in drafting- absolutely zero response. I have chased 3 times for some feedback for the re-lease, completely ignored. One viewing in four weeks- suggests a lack of effort. It’s unfortunate.
5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.
