Herself & a colleague Tariq both visited because I was having an issue in my property and they came to resolve themselves. Much appreciated!

He was professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable throughout my mortgage process. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how proactive he was in keeping things moving. His calm and supportive approach made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Fadhel assisted me in letting the property, communication was excellent from the very beginning. I was always informed well in advance about everything. He answered all of my questions and concerns. 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. It has only been one month of the tenancy, but so far, so good.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience with Faiz when responding to an ad on SpareRoom it was quickly arranged and the entire process explained in a professional and respectful manner. Made a holding deposit for one of their rooms in Bethnal Green that same day. Due to work commitments I was unable to further pursue the room the experience was great and will contact them again should things change in the future! If you are looking for a new place to rent these guys are highly recommended, good vibes, integrity and professionalism all the way. Mind that this review is my personal honest (genuine) experience with Faiz but I think I can safely say that there are some real shady people out there so to encounter an honest agency like these guys the choice is simple. The process had its challenges and took longer than expected, but the team were supportive throughout. A special thanks to Michael, whose excellent negotiation skills and genuine commitment made a real difference. Highly appreciated. We live miles away and remote sale worked well for us. The process was a success with good communication. Will definitely recommend them.
10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Please do not use their service. AVOID AT ALL COST. We took up a property on rent through David Daniels ltd which was old and not in good shape but we knew what we were getting into. We as family with Children adjusted with faults in that property. The landlord/agent was happy because we did not complaint and paid rent on time. But to our suprise when we decided to leave the property and go the agent/landlord held 75% of our deposit .i.e. above £1900 under the pretext of "Very Dirty". It is unbelievable that we are waiting from past 3 months for our deposit to be refunded.
