5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies in Uxbridge. If you are considering renting from them, don't! They will sell you lies until the moment you sign the agreement, after that they stop responding to emails or requests for help. The property was let to me with a long list of issues; broken window, filthy carpets and mould throughout the property. Despite repeatedly reporting these, nothing was ever done. Every complaint was ignored. To make matters worse, they then deducted from my deposit to supposedly cover the cost of the repairs and cleaning that was already present when I moved in. From the manager David to the property manager Gabriel, the staff are unprofessional, incompetent and completely insensitive to tenants. At one point they even tried to bribe me to remove my review. They are like scammers, save yourself the stress, time and money. Avoid this agency and rent somewhere else.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a commercial cleaning company, we deal with many letting agencies across central Scotland and beyond. We work closely with Slater Hogg Falkirk amongst others. Garry and Ryan (SHH Lettings Team) really stand out from the crowd. Communication is always clear, professional, and timely, which makes coordinating EOT cleans and property access very straightforward. From a contractor perspective, both are proactive, organised, and a real pleasure to deal with. Any issues are handled efficiently and fairly, and they make working together easy and stress-free. We value the relationship greatly and would happily recommend them to landlords and contractors alike.

I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. Homes for You are thoroughly professional and I would recommend without hesitation.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend Amazing Results and Colin Jenkins to all looking to sell in the Fife area. From the first conversation, Colin’s expertise and local knowledge helped my selling experience a lot, especially having not been based in the area myself. My property went from listed to sold in 9 days, which is a credit to Colin’s work. It is a shame i’m not in the local area as i would most certainly use Amazing Results again.
1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!
4th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)Alyson took over selling our house after we had problems with the previous agent. She was recommended to me by a neighbour and it was a difference of night and day! The previous agent hardly contacted us and appeared disinterested in the house, ignored our complaints, was completely unprofessional by bad-mouthing another local agent (in writing!) and tried to talk us into accepting a far lower offer than we wanted. Alyson, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of this agent. She is entirely professional and worked extremely hard. Even when things went a bit off the rails when an offer was withdrawn, she went right back to work and got us the price we were looking for. We were kept informed every step of the way. She was never unreachable. The previous agent may have been cheaper but it showed. You get what you pay for! I have no hesitation in recommending Alyson and Alexander Taylor Estate Agents to everyone who may be planning on selling their house in the future.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Gregory Henry helped me apply for my first mortgage. Gregory was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful during this process. He always helped to ease any of my worries I had, as well as answer any questions I had . Greg is incredibly easy to get on with and is always available when you need him. He definitely made my process 110x easier and I'm grateful I had Gregory to guide me through this process! I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a smooth mortgage process and where the staff are truly catered to helping you as much as they can.

Nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to help us. We do not hesitate in recommending Morag Tumber of Cullen Kilshaw, to anyone selling or purchasing their property.

Emails are sent in a patronising and rude tone. It used to be if there was an issue it was sorted asap but now everything takes forever. Thankfully I won't have to as I bought a property but I'd never rent through them again and I'd never recommend them.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

4th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you

We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.

You can really tell Debbies has a high reputation throughout the area and that is down to professionalism and providing a great service in managing each individual client she takes on.

The buyer was found and an initial deal was concluded within the first few days so their network targeted the right people. Right throughout we were kept up to date and when he hit a slight bump they made sure the buyer was still on board. We would be very happy to recommend Watson Estate Agents.

Joe managed to sell our property in less than a week, and for over the Home Report value, which exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to messages, always on the ball, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process. He consistently kept us updated on proceedings, so we always knew exactly where things stood. On top of that, Joe is genuinely friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
