20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

However, after letting Andrew know what we were looking for he very quickly sent us details for a property which we promptly viewed. This is now our home. We’ve had prompt and helpful service from all of the team at Your Move Inverness and we have them to thank for making the purchase of our home as quick and easy as possible

16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Not a great experience. If you’re planning to sell a property in the Inverness area, I’d think carefully before being attracted by the £995 fixed-fee package. In my case there was no clear or active selling strategy. The photography provided was poor and the overall experience felt unprofessional. My property sat on Rightmove and Zoopla for around five weeks with very little interest. I eventually moved to another local agency, Home Sweet Home, who arranged professional photography, refreshed the listing and took a much more proactive approach. I was contacted multiple times by Home Sweet Home and was made to feel very valued. After switching, my property sold within three days. This was just my personal experience, but the difference in service and communication between the two agencies was very noticeable.

He organised the home report quickly, handled all the marketing and estate agency work, and even recommended excellent solicitors, which made everything so much easier for us. Peter personally carried out all the viewings, which resulted in a very quick sale. Throughout the whole process, Peter was professional, approachable, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and straightforward. ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Lamentably. Not as yet in England & Wales...Ulster. I know not?

11th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was looking to purchase a property being sold through The Grange earlier this year. My viewings were arranged quickly and the lady who showed me round the property was friendly and helpful. It was only when the estate agent Helen got involved when I made a verbal offer that things deteriorated. Whilst I understand that she was looking out for her client and wanted to get the best price that she could for them her negotiating skills were non existant and she was rude, dismissive and spoke in a condesending manner saying "I'm not sure if you have bought a property recently but I have sold ones recently for £10k/£15k over the asking price" in order to get/ justify me putting in a higher bid even though it was already in excess of the asking price. I walked away only for her to contact me several weeks later when my offer was accepted. A bit of self reflection on how you deal with your potential buyers wouldn't go amiss.
