The workers are caring and have high integrity when it comes to giving advice and sorting out tenancy related issues. My tenant has been in my property for more than 15 years and we have a wonderful relationship. I owe this to Martin's ability to fine good tenants. Thanks Martin.

2nd Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.

The rental was made very easy, and the communications were very clear and good throughout, including contracts and guarantor agreements. Despite multiple people involved in different locations in our rental, everything went very smoothly and to the dates we all wanted. Would highly recommend- 1st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)I have tried on a number of occasions to contact them and my emails have simply been ignored. Please can you advise how I can contact you if you simply refuse to answer my emails.
