It wasn’t a straightforward sale, however the team did everything they could to keep me updated every step of the way. Big thank you to Harry & Alex in particular for all your proactive support and guidance. 10/10 recommend.
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)cubitt & west have been a breath of fresh air for us! dealing with previous estate agents were a nightmare we were never getting our issues sorted or even our phone calls answered. the first day we moved into our new rented property we had a couple of teething issues things weren’t working quite as they should, when i contacted becky to let her know about these issues she had it resolved within a matter of hours. she also helped us with the moving in process. nothing felt rushed or like we were being forced into a decision and helped us the whole way regarding questions about the property. can definitely recommend and hopefully they will help us buy our own home one day!
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)After being on the market with another agent for some time without much progress, I decided to move my property over to Charters in Gosport, and I’m so glad I did. From the very start, Lewis and his team were absolutely fantastic. Lewis was incredibly professional, honest and knowledgeable about the local market. He gave clear advice on pricing and marketing, and the whole team were proactive from day one. Within just a few days of launching with Charters, we had multiple viewings booked in and strong interest in the property. The communication throughout has been excellent, and I’ve always felt kept up to date and supported through the process. Thanks to Lewis and the team’s hard work, my property is now sold, which is something the previous agent was unable to achieve. I can’t recommend Lewis and the Charters Gosport team highly enough, a truly professional service and a great experience from start to finish.

18th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Imogen showed us around the property, applied no sales pressure, gave us time to look around and ask questions. Next day we put in offer which the seller accepted. From then on Imogen updated us on a regular basis as to how everything was progressing. After the purchase completed we obtained the keys, we had some further questions we had not previously thought to ask, Imogen was most helpful and even willing to revisit the property with us. Past experience has taught us that help is not always forthcoming once a sale has completed, this was definitely not the case dealing through RPS with the help of Imogen, it was a 5star experience.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.- 28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I just want to thank Francesca for her outstanding support and communication. 14th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I can not praise Phil Charman enough, he is an expert in his job. Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.
