Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Always been with Leaders since I moved to Southampton 3 years ago and would always recommend to anybody looking for a reliable estate agent especially Harvey Spoor at the Ocean Village office. He has been great helping us find a new property to let and continuously being available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. Thanks to him we have found the perfect property and signed in a matter of days with the peace of mind that everything is being handled quickly and smoothly. Thanks again to Harvey and his team for all their help and hard work. I look forward to the future in our new flat.
23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

This was a stressful and emotional period after a difficult year. The team at Morris Dibben made the experience as easy and stress free as possible. The entire team where mindful of our circumstances and gave good advice on selling properties in our area. They kept us regularly updated on progress and advised us when needed their advice. Many thanks to Jo, Adam and the team for ensuring a smooth sale under sad circumstances.

As a Charity based in London holding residential property investments far away, we rely on quality of service which can often be difficult to find in the residential lettings market. 20th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I used Field Palmer estate agent in Woolston for selling my property. I would thoroughly recommend them. The house was put on the market in May and I moved in November. There were inevitable hiccups along the way with some unforeseen problems, but nevertheless the chain remained secure. I believe that this was because of the interest that my agent, Leyton gave to the matter and the way that he supports both the seller and the buyer.

I had been with another estate agent for 9 months and decided to move… from the time I talked to Ollie on the phone, I knew he would sell the house… he was enthusiastic, efficient, confident, put me at ease that it was in the right hands and within 3 months we have completed the deal…I cannot rate them highly enough.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Currently under offer and in today's market that means there is still a road to travel? However, choosing Jackson Bailey has so far proved a very good decision. My choice was based on viewing houses advertised with Jack 2 years ago and, now I am selling, "interviewing" Jack along with two household name agents locally : professional, friendly, reactive and efficient service and really understand the local market. No salesman -charm and then using faceless team members that know nothing about your property - exact opposite - hands on, genuine support from small, efficient and responsive team - well recoommend!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We highly recommend Marco Harris. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, prompt, and the WhatsApp group was a bonus. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!

Jo was really informative & enthusiastic about the property & had done her research into similar properties in the area, so knew what she was talking about. The pictures she took show the house in the best way possible.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We rented from Parkers for roughly 2.5 years in Totton. If we'd not have moved to Wales to purchase our first home we would have happily stayed tenants with Parkers. Richard, Oliver, and Katherine offer a straightforward service to tenants and landlords that provides people with comfortable, safe, and reliable homes. I'd rented all my adult life, my parents rented, as does my sibling - I can hand on heart say I've never come across another estate agent I would recommend, but I would completely recommend Parkers. Sorry to be leaving!

Excellent communication skills even out of office hours, productive and very supportive. If we need anyone again we wouldn’t look anywhere else. Thanks again
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)From our experience, Leaders is very helpful and reliable. I am very pleased we rented this property from Leaders. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!
