I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

15th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)I amazed that they sell anything. Tried to contact them by phone on numerous occasions. Wanted to arrange a viewing, same message on the phone, "sorry nobody is available to take your call". In the end looked elseware
16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Avoid at all costs! Easily the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with — unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and completely dishonest. They advertise one price “including bills,” then sneakily change it to exclusive in the paperwork, hoping you won’t notice. Totally dodgy and misleading. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from these scammers.- 6th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Our experience with Martin & Co was brilliant. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
