From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Efficient communication, speedy listing logistics including Duncan and his colleague Jordan getting property photos done the morning after I appointed them. I felt we were in good hands.

Was easily accessible, always got back to me quick and always worked to answer any questions I had. I would recommend MA to anyone looking to use an estate agent in the area.

My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. The house was sold very quickly and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend Martin and Co for a first class service.

7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)? 1 Star My experience with Moving Places was extremely frustrating and left me with very little confidence in their professionalism or transparency. I raised multiple legitimate concerns regarding tenancy agreements, council tax liability, deposit protection, personal data being shared with other tenants, occupancy records, and inconsistencies between contracts. Instead of receiving clear written answers, I was repeatedly asked to come into the office despite specifically explaining that I needed written responses due to language difficulties. What concerned me most was the way the situation was handled when I continued asking questions. Rather than addressing the issues raised, the conversation repeatedly shifted towards warnings about potential breaches on my side and possible penalties. It felt less like an attempt to resolve problems and more like an attempt to discourage further scrutiny. Weeks passed without proper answers to many of the questions raised. Important concerns about contracts, council tax arrangements, and occupancy details were never fully addressed. When a translator assisted me with correspondence because of language barriers, Moving Places responded by suggesting my email may have been hacked and stated they would no longer reply, rather than answering the outstanding questions. I cannot say whether Moving Places were responsible for all of the issues surrounding the property, but I can say that when concerns were raised, they showed very little willingness to investigate them thoroughly or provide transparent explanations. If you are a tenant who values clear communication, accountability, and straightforward answers when problems arise, my experience suggests you should proceed with caution.

Communication updates could be improved to be more frequent even if no movement on the sale. But overall very happy that we went & stayed with Wrights of Hatfield. Put on the market in September 2025 & had lots of viewings, we had offer in February & completed in June.

I cannot fault their positive approach, which was admirable at all times.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

We had an excellent experience working with them throughout the process.<br><br>As first-time sellers, we were naturally quite anxious, but Sam and his team explained every step clearly and demonstrated exceptional patience, always taking the time to guide and reassure us. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Within just a couple of weeks, they had arranged viewings with multiple prospective buyers and generated strong interest in our property. In the end, we decided not to proceed with the sale because we couldn’t find a property that suited our needs, which was entirely our decision and not a reflection of their service.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
