21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Paul Carr were amazing! So helpful through the process of purchasing our new home can’t thank the team enough, a special shoutout to Kevin and Lizzie!??- 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Thank you to all the Staff at Paul Carr for Assisting Me with the Sale of my Property.
The staff were professional and explained step by step the process.
- 29th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Being unhappy with the estate agent we had chosen to market our late mother's property, we decided to move to Paul Carr. Although ultimately selling with the existing agent, we were very impressed with the professional and dedicated service given by Ian and his team. Thanks again for your assistance at a very difficult time.

30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We contacted this agency about a property around two weeks ago. They asked us for a lot of personal and financial information in order to arrange a viewing. We provided everything they requested, but unfortunately, nobody came back to us.
I also tried contacting them a couple of times afterwards, but there was no answer and no one returned our calls. The communication has been very poor, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
We expected a more professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)This is the first estate agent I have ever rented with that I would actively and enthusiastically recommend to other people. At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.
I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!
Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.
3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a flat for sale in Walsall .Stace and Preetkamal were absolutely amazing from start to finish .Always able to help ,quick to get back to you and great advice .10/10

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We recently sold our property through Acres Four Oaks branch .We had quite a lot of viewings and initially sold within 10 days .We did do our own viewings as we wanted as many people as possible through the door ,although Acres will do the viewings for you if you want them to.They kept us updated with the sale and chased things up when necessary.I would recommend them .

15th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Really Impressed with the service we received from Green & Co from instruction to completion. Great photos showcased the house beautifully. Having a what’s app group set up was invaluable for communication, always got a response within a few hours. Especially impressed with Jacquie. Thanks again
14th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)The family were going through a difficult time after the bereavement of a parent, then the added stress of dealing with the sale of a probate property. Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Excellent service and would definitely recommend Dixons.- 8th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a fantastic experience with Dixons throughout my journey as a first-time buyer. There are no words to thank Dixons Sales and Letting Agents Kingstanding, Specially Olivia, Gemma and Charlotte and the team. You’re amazing 10/10. Brilliant service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dixons. Also, thank you Dixons for the gift, Big thank you from our family.

Chowdhury, Sultana & Talha.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very helpful and easy process with purchasing a house. The Boldmere team have been fantastic when I had some personal issues and difficulties surrounding it all, and I was able to resolve these with their help.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)amazing work helped a lot with me selling my property amazi bg estate agents in the city
22nd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Every experience I’ve had with Aston Knowles has been excellent. Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.
12th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve had a really positive experience with the team, both with letting and (almost) selling our property.
They have found us good tenants quickly, and we also came very close to selling the property through them. The team acted quickly and managed to secure a new tenant without delay.
A special thanks to Justin and Grace, who have both been fantastic throughout the process. Always responsive, professional, helpful.

It’s reassuring to work with an estate agent you can genuinely rely on, especially when managing a property from a distance.

Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to let or sell a property!
Redstones Property - Willenhall
Redstones Wil West Midlands, Gipsy Lane, Willenhall, WV13 2HA(92 reviews)
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Currently dealing with the sale of our property and my wife and i are very pleased with the service so far and would 100% recommend! Thank you!
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Alex was brilliant throughout. We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Tom was a really nice guy. His team booking in viewings were really poor. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
