The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. Sian Williams has been incredibly helpful — her experience, enthusiasm, and professionalism made everything run smoothly. 19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Amazing service! After being messed around and let down by other Estate Agents we were very sceptical of using an auction company and how this would go. I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

23rd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Just purchasing a property through Martin & Co Sutton. With hindsight I wish I had also used them for the sale of my previous property too. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Whilst we didn’t achieve full asking price we realise that the market is very tough right now and that’s nothing to do with Greens! As promised we were put on top of online listings and we had dozens of viewings, a WhatsApp group between us helped with communication too.
14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)The family were going through a difficult time after the bereavement of a parent, then the added stress of dealing with the sale of a probate property. Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
27th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Started off with a very good experience with Sahar who dealt with our mortgage! However once house was gone under offer and towards completion, we was not kept up to date, missed phone calls, emails ignored and nor replied to for weeks by Sarah, when called to ask about it she was always “busy” and colleagues would not pass the phone onto her. After being chased for completion from our end and everything was signed off from our side, we heard no response for weeks… when we started to raise the issue we was kept in the dark as “they don’t know what is taking long” but didn’t want to contact the sellers solicitor. After we said we would not go ahead with purchase then they let us know house will be ready in August which initially was meant to be completed by end of May. I see many other people have a great experience which is great but we had one of the worst experience and we felt the way our emails were responded to were also a little unprofessional.- 2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Not impressed at all. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband viewed 5 Stamford Road, Handsworth which was on for £230000 on Friday 19th June 2026. We were told another buyer was interested and had put an offer in. I wanted to view the property so we visited the office and spoke to Gemma Stanford. We were told an offer had been accepted and if I wanted to view what kind of offer would we be willing to put in as the vendor wanted to sell quickly and only wanted to let us view if we were going to put an offer worth his while We said £215k to £220k and could be more after viewing. An email was sent regarding this. Gemma said we can view property on Saturday 27th June 2026. We viewed Saturday an put an offer in of £217500. We got a call on Monday full and final offers. We kept our offer the same. My husband visited the office on Tuesday and Gemma said we are still waiting for a response from the vendor. I came from work and rang the office and Gemma answered. I asked any response from 5 Stamford Road. Gemma replied are you the £215k buyer. I replied no. I am the £217500 buyer. Gemma replied I was about to ring you that your offer has been accepted and you got the house as our offer was the highest. The next day my husband got a call from Gemma Stanford and was told the vendor wants to stick to the original buyer. My husband asked why and Gemma said the vendor/seller felt sorry for the first buyer. When then visited the office at 4pm Gemma said the vendor and buyer do not know each other. Everything Gemma said made no sense. We said to Gemma buyer must have put another offer and she replied yes. We then asked are we allowed to do the same. Gemma replied the Vendor does not want to go into bidding wars but you are allowed to put another offer in but vendor may not accept your offer. We put an offer of £221k and Gemma said I have sent your offer to vendor and emailed it to you. No email was sent to us we chased it up. Then the next morning an email was sent to us with our offer and house was already showing as STC. We believe our offer was not put forward. We got a call on Thursday and Gemma said the vendor was not interested in your offer and the memorandum of sale has started with original buyer. I already knew we were not going to get the house from how Gemma spoke to us and the excuses she made. There was something quite not right with this sale. We feel we were treated unfairly.

They managed my tenanted property successfully for some time, provided a great valuation, and then secured a buyer quickly. They are professional, easy to contact, and tell it like it is. For anyone looking for reliable, 'all-in-one' property experts, look no further than the team at Arden.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a property agency that goes above and beyond for their clientele.
12th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a property management company.<br><br>i’ve been chasing them since january to get a job done and they just don’t respond. i’ve emailed them, messaged them on whatsapp so many times, and most of the time i either get ignored or nothing actually gets done.<br><br>there’s a leak coming into my apartment from next door and because of it the wooden flooring has started lifting and coming apart. this has been going on for months and still nothing has been fixed.<br><br>when we moved in, the fridge drawers already had cracks in them. we reported it straight away but were told it wasn’t that serious. now the cracks have got much worse and it feels like they’re going to break completely at any time.<br><br>it’s really frustrating having to keep chasing people just to get basic maintenance sorted. there seems to be no sense of responsibility or urgency, and the customer service has honestly been awful.<br><br>i definitely wouldn’t recommend redstone property management based on my experience.

We had a rocky sale but Emma has pushed and pushed to get things completed for us. Would 100% recommend, very friendly, very customer focused.
