11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Worst estate agents ever, I tried to rent a house and filled tons of documents. Though they did'nt even call me back for the results and when I call them to learn about it they were pretty rude. Far from being professional dont bother going there.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Really good informative and efficient
29th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very helpful!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We contacted this agency about a property around two weeks ago. They asked us for a lot of personal and financial information in order to arrange a viewing. We provided everything they requested, but unfortunately, nobody came back to us.
I also tried contacting them a couple of times afterwards, but there was no answer and no one returned our calls. The communication has been very poor, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
We expected a more professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I have become a tenant and Hannah and the team went above and beyond to help me. I wish to thank them very much.
23rd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)No contact with them have been told they over priced property that put off potential buyers

Green & Company - Walmley
34 Walmley Road, Walmley, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B76 1QN(144 reviews)
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)This had been a difficult situation for the family, selling our mother and father’s family home and clearing the house.
Greens have been extremely helpful and successful for selling the property as it had taken over a year with this government and properties moving slowly. We did have it advertised with another company without and viewing. We moved to Greens and within 3 day started getting a steady flow of viewings each week and then the sale.
All the staff were very good about managing the viewings and advised us at every opportunity once feedback was received.
Thank you guys and all your staff that have been involved with this difficult process for our family.
Kindest regards Lee and family
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Excellent service and would definitely recommend Dixons.- 4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very helpful and easy process with purchasing a house. The Boldmere team have been fantastic when I had some personal issues and difficulties surrounding it all, and I was able to resolve these with their help.

18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I have used Sumnall properties over many years both as a letting agent and valuation of my house. During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none
22nd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Every experience I’ve had with Aston Knowles has been excellent. Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve had a really positive experience with the team, both with letting and (almost) selling our property.
They have found us good tenants quickly, and we also came very close to selling the property through them. The team acted quickly and managed to secure a new tenant without delay.
A special thanks to Justin and Grace, who have both been fantastic throughout the process. Always responsive, professional, helpful.

It’s reassuring to work with an estate agent you can genuinely rely on, especially when managing a property from a distance.

Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to let or sell a property!
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Avocado (Alistair and Liam) have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling my house and finding a new home. Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Alex was brilliant throughout. We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.
1st Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)A very smooth experience dealing with OPA. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and we were kept informed as things progressed. The team were approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I would have no hesitation recommending them.
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Tom was a really nice guy. His team booking in viewings were really poor. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)From the moment we met Matt, we knew Acres was the estate agent to go with. Matt and the rest of the team were incredibly supportive, answering and resolving every single query I had promptly and with absolute professionalism. Throughout the sale, I had the pleasure of communicating with Matt, Ellie, Katie, and Lizzie. All of them were simply amazing and worked together to bring a complex sale to a successful completion.
Excellent team! Thank you
