23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)After our property with was on the market for some time with another estate agent, we decided to use Paul Carr at Four Oaks to help sell our property. They seemed to generate a lot of interest thus resulting in many viewings. The staff at Paul Carr were very thorough and professional keeping us up to date with all necessary information from the moment we accepted a bid right through to the sale of our property. This was all replicated with the purchase of our new property.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been using hunters for multiple viewings as we were looking to move house pretty urgently, Lettings agent clio has been nothing but helpful and supportive on finding us the right space for us to call home! She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

They were happy to help with any questions, extra viewings and then at the end the lovely touch when we got our keys of a keyring, beautifully smelling candle and matches was the cherry and a beautiful cake :)

When we got everything confirmed, Louise and Nicola were incredibly helpful and made the process so simple. Would definitely recommend!

2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I did start to sell my flat with them but found better agents. over 2 months later my property gets shown on their site for sale on 25/12/25 to 2/1/26. Burchell Edwards are not my agents who are selling my flat nor professiol too in their dealings. this is vintictive attack to mess up my sale. dont trust them.- 2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We couldn’t ask for anymore than was provided from start to finish. Bairstow Eves provided an excellent service selling, liaising, chasing and completing our house sale. Their relationship with the solicitors was first class. 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)We have recently used David, Amelia and the wonderful team at Kingsman to sell our home. The process from start to finish has been outstanding. We had multiple agents value our property and David stood out above the rest with a great understanding of not only our property, but the market in general and gave us lots of useful tips on buying too. There were no hidden fees for photographs or identity verification which we really appreciated.<br>We sold in the very first weekend of listing after a bumper day of viewings and the communication throughout was outstanding. We had feedback from each prospective purchaser and the negotiations on our sale were seamless. Once sold the progress was passed to Amelia who has kept us up-to-date on a weekly basis. She liaised with our buyers and the sellers of the property we purchased and both solicitors, and ensured that all communications were top notch. We have now exchanged contracts and are ready for our move. We can't recommend Kingsman Estate Agents enough & I will be telling anyone considering moving to speak to David first. We all know that selling your home can be stressful but the whole process has been anything but, and that's down to Kingsman. So, a huge thank you from The Francis Family.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
