Well done Paul Carr! You made it easy!<br>Big thank you to Cian Jeynes for helping me putting forward my offer and realising my house purchase!He was friendly, efficient and dealt very quickly with queries following the sale.Great service! Sian Williams has been incredibly helpful — her experience, enthusiasm, and professionalism made everything run smoothly. 8th May 2024 (2 years ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

23rd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Just purchasing a property through Martin & Co Sutton. With hindsight I wish I had also used them for the sale of my previous property too. Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

The team have always been friendly, professional, and easy to contact whenever I've needed help or advice.<br>Any maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly, and communication throughout my tenancy has been clear and helpful. They've made the renting process straightforward and stress-free, which I really appreciate.<br>I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property, and I'd like to thank the team for their support during my tenancy.

30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Whilst we didn’t achieve full asking price we realise that the market is very tough right now and that’s nothing to do with Greens! As promised we were put on top of online listings and we had dozens of viewings, a WhatsApp group between us helped with communication too.

3rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Booked an appointment for a house viewing - I travelled from London, 15 minutes prior to app when I called them, they said no appointment was booked then said house was sold - all happened within less than 24 hours!
2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Not impressed at all. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband viewed 5 Stamford Road, Handsworth which was on for £230000 on Friday 19th June 2026. We were told another buyer was interested and had put an offer in. I wanted to view the property so we visited the office and spoke to Gemma Stanford. We were told an offer had been accepted and if I wanted to view what kind of offer would we be willing to put in as the vendor wanted to sell quickly and only wanted to let us view if we were going to put an offer worth his while We said £215k to £220k and could be more after viewing. An email was sent regarding this. Gemma said we can view property on Saturday 27th June 2026. We viewed Saturday an put an offer in of £217500. We got a call on Monday full and final offers. We kept our offer the same. My husband visited the office on Tuesday and Gemma said we are still waiting for a response from the vendor. I came from work and rang the office and Gemma answered. I asked any response from 5 Stamford Road. Gemma replied are you the £215k buyer. I replied no. I am the £217500 buyer. Gemma replied I was about to ring you that your offer has been accepted and you got the house as our offer was the highest. The next day my husband got a call from Gemma Stanford and was told the vendor wants to stick to the original buyer. My husband asked why and Gemma said the vendor/seller felt sorry for the first buyer. When then visited the office at 4pm Gemma said the vendor and buyer do not know each other. Everything Gemma said made no sense. We said to Gemma buyer must have put another offer and she replied yes. We then asked are we allowed to do the same. Gemma replied the Vendor does not want to go into bidding wars but you are allowed to put another offer in but vendor may not accept your offer. We put an offer of £221k and Gemma said I have sent your offer to vendor and emailed it to you. No email was sent to us we chased it up. Then the next morning an email was sent to us with our offer and house was already showing as STC. We believe our offer was not put forward. We got a call on Thursday and Gemma said the vendor was not interested in your offer and the memorandum of sale has started with original buyer. I already knew we were not going to get the house from how Gemma spoke to us and the excuses she made. There was something quite not right with this sale. We feel we were treated unfairly.- 7th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)Sam, Karen and Dave have all been so helpful throughout the entire process from listing, selling and helping us purchase our new house. The process was very efficient and Sam was always at the end of the phone to help. If Sam was ever busy, Dave and Karen were super helpful with any queries and questions too. Highly recommend!!

The service we received from Acres Walmley was exceptional. From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through. 24th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)B & G proved to be efficient letting agents, listening to the kind of profile of tenant we wanted and finding them. When we decided to sell the property, a different arm of the organisation took over and provided a good service. Plenty of communication and a willingness to intervene to ensure that the sale went through. It did take nearly 5 months to sell our maisonette, but I think this may be more to do with the fact that the property was leasehold rather than inefficiencies. Sophie at B & G, Shirley was particularly pleasant to deal with. Thanks team
