We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Hunters for all your support throughout the process. Buying a home can be stressful at times, but your help really made a difference in getting us over the finish line. A special thank you to Jaymie, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was always in constant contact, keeping us updated and chasing things up whenever needed, which we really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel much smoother and more manageable. We’re very grateful for all your hard work and support – we couldn’t have done it without you!

At the end, we found ourselves in a deposit dispute with the landlord - the agent (Hollie Parkes) was really objective and unbiased in this whole situation, giving us support all the way through and providing some evidence to support our case. I really appreciate her approach and I never felt like we were left to ourselves.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have recently brought my first property with Green & Co and I can honestly say they are the best agents I could have gone with. Claire & the team are the most friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive team, and they made the process so unbelievably smooth. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous, especially regarding mortgages and the application process but Lisa and Donna both made the process completely calming and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns, and at any time of day. If you are in Tamworth or local I would absolutely advise purchasing or selling with Greens. You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you so much Claire & team for making this the most amazing experience.
2nd Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Absolutely the worse agents ive ever dealt with, no communication, no answers in 6 months not 1 job was rectified on the property, was told by Craig we were a priority yet still nothing was done. House was dirty gardens overgrown. Lorraine avoids any question given to her or avoids your calls. I would advise anyone to avoid this shambles of an estate agents if you the type of person who likes communication and results not empty promises. Also charged us for tidying the gardens on us leaving even though they were worse when we moved in and told to leave it as we found it. 6 months of stress caused. AVOID AVOID AVOID

20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Upon making the huge decision to sell our family home we contacted a local estate agent in Tamworth who were useless. They over priced our house so that all the properties around ours were selling but not ours, they didn't market the sale enough or keep in touch with us. Then we found Bairstow Eves !!! My word what a difference from day one !!!! All the staff are incredible, I can't recommend them enough! But it was Kelly who blew me away , she was totally on the ball absolutely 100% committed to selling our house and always updating us regularly on the journey. Kelly activity sought out buyers & she had more viewers attend our house in one week than the previous estate agent had in 3 months. Kelly was on hand all the time for calls & responded to emails immediately. Kelly went above and beyond to reassure us and smooth the journey, being professional & friendly at all times . It's a big deal to sell a house, with all the legal procedures & processes but Kelly and all the staff at Bairstow Eves were there all the way to the last minute. Fantastic service. Thankyou.

Their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a property agency that goes above and beyond for their clientele.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
