17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Alex was easy to arrange the appointment with, and she was friendly, compassionate and professional throughout. She made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the agency.
27th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????
8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)After poor experiences with other agents, using McAllisters to sell our home has been a real breath of fresh air. Within days we had 5+ viewings and 2 offers. I don’t know how they’ve done it but clearly their marketing methods work. In addition to this, every member of staff we’ve had communications with has been clear, understanding, polite & helpful. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Jack especially has been brilliant.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Davies & Way, and I felt I had to leave a review because of how fantastic they were from start to finish.<br><br>I mainly dealt with Ellen and Pollyanna, and they were both absolutely brilliant to deal with. Ellen carried out all three of our viewings and was always so friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>The communication from both ladies was excellent throughout, and they always kept us updated and made the whole process feel as smooth as possible.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Davies & Way to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>Thank you again to Ellen, Pollyanna and the whole team! ??

29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.
9th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

They pass on all tenant concerns and enquiries and keep us informed of any repairs needed. They are fair and scrupulous in all matters regarding change of tenancy and rental decisions and adjustments. They keep us appraised in all matters relating to this tenancy and we recommend them 100%.

3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>Having had a few less-than-positive experiences with estate agents previously, we were a little nervous about finding a rental in an area we didn’t know at all. Moving from Gloucestershire to Somerset, with a new school and so many other things to organise, felt like a lot to take on.<br>From the moment I spoke with Lisa, however, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly down-to-earth, approachable and responsive. Communication was quick and straightforward, and she made the entire rental process feel remarkably straight forward.<br><br>She also has a really excellent selection of properties, and we are absolutely delighted with the home we’ve ended up renting. It’s exactly what we were hoping to find.<br><br>Moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with an estate agent, so finding someone who was genuinely helpful, friendly and straightforward made such a difference to us. Our experience could not have been more positive, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anyone looking for a property.<br><br>A huge thank you — we really appreciate everything you did to make our move to Somerset such a smooth and pleasant experience.

Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help.<br><br>There were multiple complications throughout the process, but Jack handled everything with patience, professionalism and a fantastic attitude. He was always available when needed, kept me informed, and did everything he could to make what could have been a very stressful experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>It’s clear that Jack genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service. 18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
