2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Thanks Antony!- 28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Rosa done a property viewing for me and my partner yesterday as soon as we arrived at the property myself and my partner felt very welcome by Rosa who introduced herself to us and shook our hand.<br><br>Rosa then took us to the property and showed us around the property and answered our question that we asked.<br><br>Rosa did not rush us and allowed us to take our time to look around the property.<br><br>Rosa also made a phone call for us during the property viewing to book an appointment for us<br><br>At the end of the property viewing Rosa shook are hands again and said it was nice to meet us both<br><br>Myself and my partner feel Rosa was very professional I'm very helpful and was there to answer any questions we had and did not rush us throughout the viewing

21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I originally purchased my property through Andrews in Bath. So I didn't hesitate to use them again. We gave had a steady stream of viewings and about 5 offers. The current economic climate and the issues with Landlord investors made it difficult to value the house to gain the maximum value. However we seem to have reached a position where interested buyers are bidding similar offers and we have currently accepted an offer subject to contract. Andrews have been very good with communication where you get notification by email and text with follow up calls. Overall I am pleased with Andrews to date

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
