The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout. I could not recommend them highly enough - we are so happy in our new property and a big thank you to the team for making the process as seamless as possible. Wonderful service and lovely team. Thank you.
2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Although this property was not for us I would not hesitate to contact them again. 21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your agency. Yesterday, I submitted several enquiries through the portal in order to arrange a viewing for one of your listed properties. I received no response whatsoever to any of my requests. Suddenly this morning the property has been removed from the portal. I would kindly ask that, in future, basic courtesy be extended to prospective tenants or buyers who have taken the time to reach out. A simple acknowledgement or notification that a property is no longer available would be greatly appreciated, and is the least one would expect from a professional agency. I hope this feedback is taken on board.

Jon’s communication was outstanding throughout the entire process; he kept us consistently updated with all the information we needed and often more. He went out of his way to follow up with viewers, solicitors, and the estate agents handling our purchase in order to maintain momentum across the chain. Jon also succeeded in generating significantly more viewings than our previous agent, providing what felt like a truly bespoke and proactive service. He remained consistently friendly, approachable, and positive, even when dealing with the inevitable complications of a long property chain. When Jon was unavailable, Justin stepped in seamlessly, ensuring continuity of service without disruption. The marketing was also of an excellent standard. The photographer produced high-quality images that showcased our property at its best, and the floor plan was both detailed and accurate. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending these estate agents.

15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Tenants and landlords look no further. You will not find greater professionalism, swift communication, industry experience and teamwork anywhere in Bath. Nicola Wilkes (Lettings) and Sharon Clesham (Sales) run a very slick operation and whatever your needs (a new home to rent or letting a new or existing rental property) they will guide you through the process to complete satisfaction. I say this having been a landlord with them for many years and recently been introduced (by Nicola) to another investment opportunity. I am nothing short of amazed by the sleek communication between Sales and Lettings and myself (these ladies know more about property than anyone you’ll meet in Bath and they and their teams are a real pleasure to work with). What I want out of rental property is a great investment but ONLY if my tenants are happy. I need them well looked after and at the top of my agent’s priority list. With the Apartment Company tenants are the priority. And yet this outstanding company deliver more financially to me than any other agent we’ve used in Bath. If you don’t make money, they don’t make money so its a win-win. If you are a first-time landlord and considering a move to renting in Bath (but not sure the best way to go about this), talk to Nicola and Sharon. You won’t regret it. If I was buying a new home for myself, Sharon is the first person I’d call. One final thing…..I noticed a comment that they didn’t always call back if you made an enquiry. Well, if you are Bath’s premier property agency and everyone wants to talk to you, well, yes, you may have to wait a day or so for a reply to a speculative call. No-one wants a company whose sitting about waiting for the phone to ring, do they?! You want an agent whose out there keeping it together for people like me, like my tenants (at the height of a pandemic with vastly reduced staff). Always an impeccable service that goes beyond your expectations. Thank you Sharon and Nicola and everyone at The Apartment Company.

Throughout they remained approachable, supportive and accommodating. If we were ever to sell our property in the future they would be high on my list.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
