His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. 22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)All of the staff at Irving’s are so friendly, approachable and professional. Over the last 9months I have sold a property, purchased a property and rented a property, all through Irving’s. The Lettings Team have always been responsive and helpful to any problems that cropped up and got any issues sorted really quickly. Emails are responded to really quickly which is always reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to either rent my property through Irving’s or recommend them as a letting agent if you are looking for an agent to let a property through.

30th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

Couldnt recommend enough- 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

I had a lot of questions and questions and they answered them quickly and I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend Meyers to anyone thinking of selling their home.

We had an offer accepted after 2 weeks of advertising and completed just under 8 weeks. A modernised and brilliant way of communicating and nothing was too much hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Advice offered, honest experience led answers given to questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone during a stressful few days of closing the deal. This is an estate agent run by people who care, know their stuff and work to ensure all parties are happy with the result. Communication was on point getting answers from the vendor quickly as well as answering questions outside of ‘normal’ working hours all to help ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
