Their communication has always been excellent and prompt. If we were to move again Irving’s would be our only call.

30th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.

The whole team were professional from start to finish and made what can be a stressful process feel so much smoother. Their communication was absolutely brilliant — we were always kept informed and updated, which gave us real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions and offer guidance. They also worked incredibly hard to push things forward so we could meet the date we needed, which we really appreciated. It genuinely felt like a team effort, and their coordination behind the scenes clearly made a difference. A huge thank you to everyone at Goadsby Verwood for all your hard work — we’re so grateful for your support in getting our sale over the line!- 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

The team were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout my tenancy. Communication was clear and consistent, and any issues that came up were dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br><br>I felt well looked after as a tenant and really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Very happy with the team and would definitely recommend them.

From the very beginning, our priority was a quick sale — and that is exactly what happened. From the moment the property was listed on the market to the exchange of contracts, the entire process took just 2.5 months. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. The team went above and beyond, showed full professionalism, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and we felt supported at every stage. I had a lot of questions and questions and they answered them quickly and I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend Meyers to anyone thinking of selling their home.

We walked through the door and knew it was going to be our home. It matched exactly to our wish list. She filled us in with all the house details and gave us contacts for useful tradesmen. I would highly recommend Rosella if you are looking to buy in the Ferndown area.
12th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We had a great experience with Lloyd Young Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone. Everything was done with us in mind and not just getting the sale. We were kept informed of all and any developments and treated as if we were their only client. Very personable service from Lloyd and always very responsive to our many thoughts and ideas. After not moving for over 41 years Lloyd made this a relatively easy, pleasant experience. Lloyd also really made sure he knew all the details about our house so he could answer all questions put to him by any prospective buyers, which was not the same for several other estate agents in the area that we went to see properties with. So all in all a very positive and pleasant experience in something that is not always that easy to go through, and if want a more personal approach to selling your home, these are the guys to go with.

They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
