This is my first experience renting with a guarantor, and I must say the process was quite rigorous, but I should mention that the staff were very helpful. At no point did they make me feel that I would not be successful in my application.<br><br>Despite the long wait, I am finally ready to move in as I anticipated. I was warmly welcomed at the offices when I needed more clarification, and I felt truly listened to.<br><br>Above all, I would like to give a special thank you to Katy Mwayi for being very responsive and keeping me updated at every stage of my tenancy application. Keep up the good service!

Tim was professional and understanding of my situation, listened to my views and only proceeded when I was ready. Had first viewings within days and offer made and accepted within 2 weeks. Lorraine who then took over did a fantastic job of leading me through the administration of selling, very knowledgeable and also calming when it all felt stressful (which selling a house is!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Hole.

I had originally signed up to go with another agency but after having a viewing with Claire I knew instantly I wanted her to sell my flat as she wasn’t pushy and had a lovely vibe. Ria and Lee were amazing at getting my sale over the finish line and were a pleasure to deal with. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agents. Only issue was that sometimes I explained to one agent about repairs happening on the home but this did not seem to be communicated to other agents who were showing the home, so prospective buyers did not know this (I was asked questions by an agent after a viewing for something I already communicated)
