The professional photography showcased the property beautifully, and the communication, support, and positive attitude from everyone involved were exceptional throughout.<br><br>The team was always friendly, attentive, and kept me informed every step of the way, making the whole experience a pleasure. A special thank you to Tommy, Harry, Bethan, and Stephanie, as well as the rest of the team, for their hard work and support.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harris & Birt to anyone looking to sell their home and would happily use their services again in the future.
4th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.

I phoned and emailed so many times for updates and every time Jacqueline Morgan helped me and was always so kind to me so thank you :) Plus Hollie Jones helped us secure our sale and made the whole process so easy. Me and my partner just want to say thank you to these two lovely women and the whole team at Darlows in Pontypridd.

Jodie has always been professional, approachable, and keeps me well informed throughout the whole letting process. As a landlord, I really value her advice and the effort she puts into understanding my requirements and consistently finding me reliable tenants.

22nd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

She truly has been superb from start to finish and went above and beyond to up date us at every stage , respond to every query we had and offered advice & support throughout each stage of the process. 1st Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

On arrival she was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what she was going to do before getting started which put me at ease straight away. She clearly cares about doing a good job and made the whole process feel easy. It was lovely to speak with her too and share knowledge, we had a lovely conversation and was very kind!<br>We were also very happy with the welcome we received when we moved in. Honestly a world of difference compared to our previous estate agents in terms of professionalism, competence and kindness. We would definitely recommend Cheriee and Lovett Sales and Lettings!

Charlene found us the right buyer in just three weeks and achieved an offer well over the asking price, which speaks volumes about her skill, judgement and understanding of the market. The marketing was also superb. The photos, video, drone footage and brochure produced by the Fine & Country team presented our home beautifully and really helped show it at its best. Once we accepted the offer, Alice was exceptional in keeping everything moving smoothly and swiftly. She liaised with both sets of solicitors, kept communication flowing between us and our buyer, anticipated potential issues and helped resolve anything that came up along the way. The whole experience felt professional, proactive and well managed throughout. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Charlene, Alice and the Fine & Country team to anyone looking to sell their home.

From the first call-back to the final 'your sale is complete' call, everyone at the Bridgend office were professional, friendly, considerate and focused on getting our property sold. The sale incurred a lot of other stresses but every interaction with Peter Alan was as low-stress and positive as they could be. Just an amazing team. Give them a call. Diolch or galon.
