The service provided by Jacqueline Morgan at Darlows exceeded all my expectations, she liaised with the buyers and provided me with regular updates about where we were with the sale, she was friendly but also very professional and put my mind at rest on so many occasions. I would highly recommend Darlows in Pontypridd, thank you team.

Every time I call I get palmed off with the same excuse of a Freud investigation. The worse thing I ever did was rent a house from these people. Maintenance never done. Would never recommend this company

I explained my budget, deposit and what was affordable for me without any financial pressures. Bea delivered everything I required in fact my mortgage is a fraction more than the rent I was paying. All the colleagues in the Talbot Green branch are so friendly and attentive. If I could score them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this branch and the services they offer. We were anxious re: asking price, and Alex put our minds at rest immediately staying in regular contact during answering all queries (and I asked a lot!). Really knowledgeable and helpful as well as Victoria the branch manager who has also been an excellent help. Thank you for providing such a professional service!
22nd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting. The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla. HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.

Andy is always available, calm, knowledgeable, helpful and cannot do enough. If you’re looking for someone who has a personal approach, the knowledge and skill to sell your property for the best price, Andy can do it! I cannot recommend him enough, it’s been outstanding both times!

12th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Review for Fine & Country Cardiff – Deeply Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise anyone considering buying a property through Fine & Country Cardiff to think twice. We dealt with Gemma, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, the team were overly pushy and dismissive of our concerns. But once the sale was completed, their attitude turned outright negligent. Despite purchasing a high-value property marketed as a “smart home,” no one had the courtesy to hand over the keys in person. Instead, we were told they were “in the mailbox” and that was the end of their involvement. Upon arrival, we found the garage door was broken and unopenable. An engineer has since confirmed it must be completely replaced at a cost of £2,000. The bathroom sliding door is stuck, meaning steam from the shower floods into the room. And most critically, the entire smart home system is inaccessible. We were given login details linked to an email address that is not ours. After 10 days of calls, emails, and speaking to the U.S.-based provider, we still cannot even turn on the lights. Fine & Country Cardiff have made no effort to assist. No follow-up, no explanation, and certainly no responsibility taken. Their behaviour has been unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation has caused serious stress and inconvenience. Avoid this agency at all costs. They disappear the moment the payment clears and leave you to deal with all the problems they never disclosed.
