23rd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

She didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what would maximise my chances of selling at a good price. I followed all her advice and sold at a better price than I’d dreamed of.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

We had a very difficult buying and selling process that lasted many months with ups and downs but if it wasn’t for Charlene and Alice’s persistence, help and guidance we wouldn’t got it over the line. We’re extremely grateful for all they’ve done for us. They went above and beyond and we love our new home. I cannot give enough praise and this review doesn’t do justice to how great they’ve been throughout the whole process. Diolch! Thank you very very much!

14th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Leanne Kent Properties were one of three estate agents I invited to value my property. Adrian explained to me that he would endeavour to provide a REALISTIC price. And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people. No hesitation in recommending

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)5 Stars Truly Isn’t Enough For This Agency, & Indeed The Staff.<br><br>They Measured & Photographed The House On Thursday, It Was Live On Friday, Viewings Booked For The Saturday, Second Viewing On The Sunday, And The House Sold.<br><br>I’m Not Used To Estate Agents Being So Accommodating, The Photos Are Amazing, The Communication First Class, And Even Accompanied The Second Viewing On A Sunday.<br><br>Nothing Is Too Much Trouble, If Your Looking For An Agency With Heart, Knowledge, Warmth & Empathy, Not To Mention Great Fees, You’ll Find It Here.
