The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with efficiency and care. I was pleased with the service I received from Alex, Aaron and Anna throughout. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

House was sparkling clean upon arrival and we have settled in very nicely thanks to Helen and her team. I would highly reccomend the whole Team at Monopoly in Denbigh.
