19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.
28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I think the original estimate was much too high and has wasted time, I have reduced the price by 10K and still no interest

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Always a pleasure to have Liberty coming round to conduct the annual inspections of the house we rent. It’s lovely to speak to her when I am home and my cat is a big fan of her which says a lot about her character because my boy is not a lover of people usually! I leave cat treats out for Liberty to give to him when I’m not there and she always makes a fuss of him which is really nice and means a lot :)
14th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)We had full confidence with Humphreys from the beginning, , knowing the area well and the overall knowledge of the house they are selling for you .The genuine interest and support with James and Donna - The feedback we found very helpful and insightful. Through to a sale -The Street app for appointments with back up phone calls and reminders. The office are knowledgeable and helpful in your case . Very happy -thank you Humphreys!!
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Disgusting the way they treat tenants. I’ve lived in 5 different house shares with numerous company’s this is by far the worse. The property was advertised as a young professionals house yet they move in tenants 35+ who are uber eats drivers with limited English. I’m not sure how the constitutes “young” and “ professional”. Since living here I’ve had problems with stealing from food to toiletries. Leaders response was “ well there should be numbers on fridge drawers” there is 3 drawers for 4 tenants and it’s common sense not to eat food you didn’t buy. We’ve had police out to the property twice. First time was the older man upstairs getting arrested for harassing women in his workplace. Nothing done by leaders, he remained in the property for months living with women. Completely unsafe. The second time police called to the property was due to leaders moving someone in without telling us. This led to us calling 111 as we thought it was a burglar. Leaders response was that they don’t need to tell us if someone moves in. AVOID at all costs. Entirely unsafe for women.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Excellent estate agents to work with, so friendly and really pushed for the sale when there were delays. Very grateful for them 10/10 will use when we sell oursleves! Even gave us a cute hamper when we got the keys!
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I had a very positive experience with Reades throughout the house-buying process. Gareth was helpful, professional and always willing to provide updates and answer my questions. Communication was good, and I really appreciated his support in helping everything move forward smoothly. I would definitely recommend Reades to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Really pleased with the service we received from Beresford Adams during our move to Maes Offa.
From the first enquiry through to getting the keys, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Joshua Smaje was especially helpful throughout, friendly, responsive and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we were unsure about.
Moving house is never completely stress-free, but Joshua made the whole process feel much easier and more straightforward. We are very happy with Maes Offa and genuinely appreciate the support we received along the way.
A big thank you to Joshua and the team, highly recommended.
Keystone Property & Mortgage Centre - Connah's Quay
117 High Street, Connah's Quay, Deeside, CH5 4DF(275 reviews)
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Great service from Lee, Bridget and the Keystone team during the recent sale my property. They sold the property quickly and for 6% above the asking price. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Garry.- 1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Landlords avoid this company. They are shambolic, a lack of transparent process and the left hand unable or unwilling to tell the right hand what’s happening. The type of company in our experience that give private landlords a bad name and make our job tougher than it already is in the current climate. Most certainly do not consider the deposit scheme with them.
- 5th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Just want to thank the staff at Beresford Adams for the great experience I’ve had buying from them. They’ve been professional throughout and yet were able to make me feel that they cared about my experience- I was kept informed throughout & all requests were followed up & actioned quickly & thorougly. Heather, Laura, Elouise & Katie at Holywell did a wonderful job & I’d highly recommend them.
Thanks so much xx
30th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)I bought my house through Molyneux.
Sari & Jenny were great from start to finish, very professional and so helpful.
I would very much recommend using this estate agent.
Pinewood Estate Agency - Deeside
Unit 10,Evans Business Centre,Minerva Avenue,Sovereign Way,Chester, CH1 4QL(23 reviews)
28th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Pinewood were fast and efficient with contacting me and explaining the process, had alot of knowledge of the area and knew the market, as a result the property sold within a week.
1st Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)Recently used the William gleave deeside branch to sell our house. From the moment we met Becky for valuation we knew it was the right choice to make.

The pitch was very relaxed and well put across, we'd met some other local estate agents previously and were very put off by their aggressive sales pitch and sky high prices.

Photos and adverts were drafted very quickly and were a very high standard

From the viewing appointments to the offer process, we were kept well informed and couldn't fault them.

The after offer process became extremely stressful but the level of commitment from Marla and Sara towards the end of the process was nothing short of outstanding. The work they put in for us and our buyer to get it over the line was massively appreciated, I don't know how they put up with that level of stress from incompetent solicitors, I admire their patience.

Thanks to all of you who were involved in the process but especially to Marla and Sara, you've both been amazing and we can't thank you enough, we're glad we picked you!

Best wishes ??????
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
Ewemove Sales & Lettings - Whitchurch & Nantwich
Cavendish House, Littlewood Drive, West 26 Business Park, Cleckheaton, BD19 4TE(31 reviews)
1st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very poor
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)From start to finish an excellent and personable service- Josh and Lawrence were very patient and nothing was too much trouble.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We had a smooth experience purchasing with Pinewood, special mention to Ross keeping us up to date during the process
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Newsome Homes were one of three estate agencies I asked for valuations and selling details. Their valuation was significantly higher than the other two (by £50k); I took the plunge and went for their high valuation. Result: 8 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price within 24 hours! So a very successful experience with them! A couple of minor niggles: after the initial sale agreement they didn't keep me well informed of progress and in spite of repeated requests, they did not remove the for sale board as I had asked.
