Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

17th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Moved over to Reid & Roberts after having no luck selling for about 10 months and got a decent offer within a few weeks, probably coincidence but a good result. The service was a lot better and the team were very proactive, honest and kept me well informed which in this industry is rare! I would definitely use them again.

On top of that , they were really personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

From the very first conversation, he took the time to understand what mattered to us and offered clear, honest guidance that immediately put us at ease. We received and accepted an offer after just five days and only the second viewing, which really shows the strength of their marketing and Gareth’s understanding of the local market. Communication was consistently brilliant, proactive, transparent and always reassuring, and we never once felt out of the loop. What stood out most was the trust Gareth built with us, working hard in our best interests at every stage, and that made the whole experience far smoother and more positive than we expected. We’re genuinely thankful for everything he and the team did, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reades.

No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.

She kept me well informed at every stage, chased things when needed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. 17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.

From start to finish Nicky was exceptional, the service she provided was prompt and efficient and she communicated and kept us informed at every stage. We both regret not selling our property with them. The service felt personal and caring in what can be a stressful situation. Dealing with the same person/people throughout also really helped and you don’t get this service from larger estate agents. Myself and my husband would highly recommend Nicky and her extensive property experience.
