From the very first conversation, he took the time to understand what mattered to us and offered clear, honest guidance that immediately put us at ease. We received and accepted an offer after just five days and only the second viewing, which really shows the strength of their marketing and Gareth’s understanding of the local market. Communication was consistently brilliant, proactive, transparent and always reassuring, and we never once felt out of the loop. What stood out most was the trust Gareth built with us, working hard in our best interests at every stage, and that made the whole experience far smoother and more positive than we expected. We’re genuinely thankful for everything he and the team did, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reades.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

We were kept in the loop every step of the way. I can thoroughly recommend Reid Roberts, they have been the best agents we’ve ever used to sell a house.

From our first phone call with Lesley - she was honest and up front and sorted us a viewing over the festive period really quickly! Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We were then able to make multiple visits easily and every time felt very comfortable. Communication was great. 16th May 2022 (3 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

Buying a house on my own felt quite daunting at first, but they made the whole process so much easier than I expected. The team were genuinely excellent, always approachable, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions I had (and there were quite a few). Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful time. I’d highly recommend Newsome Homes to anyone, especially if you’re navigating the process on your own. Their support and professionalism really stood out, and I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything went.
