19th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

If you’re looking for an estate agent that is proactive in every aspect of their job then keystone is the one for you. They never leave you in the dark about your sale and are always pushing to get the sale through as quickly and efficiently as possible. Selling a house is a huge stress but with keystone it was a stress free smooth process from the valuation all the way through to completion, I can’t recommend keystone enough

Repairs were slow and painful, getting anything fixed took far too long, and even getting a simple reply from the landlord (via the agent) dragged on for ages. The overall attitude felt like delay, deflect, repeat. The deposit process was the final straw. When it came to returning the deposit, it felt like they tried to “find” reasons to deduct money rather than handle it fairly. Items were raised that weren’t even listed at check-in, which makes no sens yet you’re expected to either accept it or prepare for a long, stressful challenge to get your own money back. As a tenant you’re at a disadvantage, and it felt like they knew that and relied on the fact most people won’t have the time or energy to fight. I wouldn’t recommend them to renters. If you do rent through them make sure to document everything!!!
