They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

Communication was clear throughout, and the appointment was handled in a polite and respectful manner. Overall, a very positive and pleasant experience.

From the start, she were polite, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions about the property. Chiara handled everything with total professionalism and made the renting process stress-free. Highly recommended!

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.

22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

5th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!

The difference with her is she’s honest in her appraisals, she’s professional in every aspect, she knows the market, communicates constantly, keeping you completely up to date with relevant information, she clearly cares passionately about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

In our experience, many estate agents have initially offered a high level of service for a not inconsiderable fee, but then failed to deliver. This has certainly not been our experience with Lawrenson Ball. They have provided us with a personal level of service which has been second to none. They have been available to offer helpful advice and support at all times of the day and week, especially during the stressful times. Their experience has been invaluable during the negotiation of our house sale right through to exchange of contracts and final completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Lawrenson Ball and cannot praise them more highly.
