We had to sell the property quickly and they were extremely efficient and proactive both marketing the house and ensuring the sale went smoothly. The service we received was very professional and friendly and we would definitely recommend Cavendish if you are thinking of moving house.

They have gone above and beyond to help a damsel in distress, which is truly appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend them.

17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Awful experience with Reades , we completed an application for a tenancy and heard nothing back , chased again after a week to be told the forms were lost, we had to do it again, we still didn’t hear I called the next day to then be told we will call you back. I was then emailed that afternoon to be told , you can’t have the property they won’t allow a dog!!!<br>I then emailed again a couple of weeks ago about another rental but no response !! Thankfully we have now found somewhere with another company with much higher standard of customer service ! Avoid this place

No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

Great service from Beth and Sammie. Excellent communication and constantly updating us what to do next. Thanks again to Keystone's, we couldn't have wanted a better Estate agent.

They have the time and patience for their customers and they are realistic with property values, which can be rare in Flintshire these days. We even got a little package to congratulate us on our mew house.

They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them. They have also just provided an equally brilliant service in selling my property, offering advice and assistance all the way through the process. Both Lawrence and Josh have been extremely helpful and prompt with all responses to any queries or questions. I can highly recommend Dwells, and will happily use them again if needed.
