17th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Moved over to Reid & Roberts after having no luck selling for about 10 months and got a decent offer within a few weeks, probably coincidence but a good result. The service was a lot better and the team were very proactive, honest and kept me well informed which in this industry is rare! I would definitely use them again.

From the very first conversation, he took the time to understand what mattered to us and offered clear, honest guidance that immediately put us at ease. We received and accepted an offer after just five days and only the second viewing, which really shows the strength of their marketing and Gareth’s understanding of the local market. Communication was consistently brilliant, proactive, transparent and always reassuring, and we never once felt out of the loop. What stood out most was the trust Gareth built with us, working hard in our best interests at every stage, and that made the whole experience far smoother and more positive than we expected. We’re genuinely thankful for everything he and the team did, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reades.

No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

We were kept in the loop every step of the way. I can thoroughly recommend Reid Roberts, they have been the best agents we’ve ever used to sell a house.

We received an excellent service from start to finish from all staff especially Caroline who provided additional advice which was always appreciated. She kept me well informed at every stage, chased things when needed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to thank them for their service in getting my property sold quickly and efficiently.

Buying a house on my own felt quite daunting at first, but they made the whole process so much easier than I expected. The team were genuinely excellent, always approachable, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions I had (and there were quite a few). Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful time. I’d highly recommend Newsome Homes to anyone, especially if you’re navigating the process on your own. Their support and professionalism really stood out, and I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything went.
