The service provided by Lisa, Joanne & Tanya has been dealt with in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner. I can’t praise the staff enough as they exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a very reliable service and always returned our telephone calls and replies to my emails in a timely manner.<br>Selling my home was made easy by these ladies and they took away my stress. They only introduce serious buyers and not time wasters.<br>We would definitely use Douglas & Allen for any future house sales or purchases in the future. From the moment I walked through the door with just an initial enquiry to the completion of our house sale, Ross and the team were amazing. They were there every step of the way, explaining everything in layman’s terms for us. They kept in constant communication with us and gave us updates at throughout the whole process. We needed a quick sale at a great sale price. Kings delivered just that.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

24th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)We can highly recommend Fine and Country Bishops Stortford. Our first initial contact was with Paula who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and we felt confident that our sale was in the right hands. Debbie was OUTSTANDING. In what became a complex, difficult sale, she worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues that emerged. She initially introduced our buyers, who had seen our property but weren’t sold on the garden size. She encouraged them to take a look and they fell in love with it. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed every step of the way. I really think that without her relentless input we may have thrown in the towel. The last few days were very stressful with mortgage offers expiring, vendors going back on original agreements and short windows of time, however, Debbie came through for us, even whilst she was ill. Thankyou so much for your effort and hardwork!!!

Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!

David was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process for us :as we aren’t very experienced tenants and had a lot of questions. Thank you so much!<br>The bitter and fake reviews are unfair and unsure why google hasn’t removed them yet because it can put fear for no reason. No company is perfect, but this one is decent! ??
