Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wards, Deal branch, have gone above and beyond to help me complete on my purchase, and I can't thank them enough. My buyer's mortgage offer was due to expire, the day I completed.. There had been delays with the buyer's enquiries, and with other legal issues he had (he was not going through Wards). Amanda offered to work late so the chain could complete on this final day. I was struck by her humility in doing this, in her own time. She has consistently gone out of her way to help, her communication has been brilliant, as well as her determination to ensure the sale went through successfully. Dylan went out of his way with paperwork, which I was struggling with, always willing to help. Ellie has been generally lovely when I've been in, helpful, friendly and very professional with it. Thank you so much for an excellent impressive service, all of you at the Deal branch.

9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)Geerings did a reasonable job in marketing our property and initially managing an offer but once that offer was accepted on our property there was a disappointing lack of service. They were un-communicative, ineffective, un-proactive and totally uniformed. They failed to call on a number of occasions they said they would and at times we didn’t hear from them for over 6 weeks at a time. They had no handle on what was happening further down the chain and there was no drive to find out. Over a year this ultimately led to 2 chains collapsing, both within a few days of exchange, neither of which they had knowledge of at the time. At no time did I feel they were looking after our interests and seriously trying to get the transaction across the line. Any complaint or criticism was met with silence and ignored. I would never use them again and I certainly would not recommend them. .
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I found Godwin Curtis to be a very helpful, caring, attentive and supportive estate agency. I would recommend them highly as they treat their customers individually and with care unlike a lot of agencies.

28th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)They are professional and on the ball. Thry advised putting tge property with a range, but the headline in the portals was the lower figure. The range was just ignored by the potential buyers. I think this was a mistake in this very difficult market. If i did it again id go for the top figure and not a range. I thing it substantially reduced offers and thus the final selling price.
15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

Special thanks go to Emily Strickler who kept me informed throughout the whole process and explained everything in simple terms when I was not sure about things. The whole selling/ buying went really smoothly. Thank you to all the team.

10th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
