We were unlucky with the initial value of the property and accept this happens, and have sold it with them, guiding us through the process.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.

The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process.
