13th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.

23rd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I am rating our experience with 5 starts due to the professional, transparent and dedicated work Jessica Blyth-Mallett did! Nowadays it is really rare to came across with a transparent and professional person in the estate agent area...estate agents tend to look into the outcome and a lot of the times do not follow a fair selling process. Jessica was not only transparent but provided all the relevant information you would need when you visit a property. Normally we are left with a lot of unanswered questions without a follow up but she made sure to answer nearly all of them and follow up re a few later on. She made sure we felt ok during the view and that we felt in love with the property. :)

Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

16th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I always knew I wanted to sell my home with Julie Philpot. Her 'for sale' and more importantly 'sold' signs are dotted across Kenilworth. The moment we first met, I already felt in safe hands, her friendly personality and wealth of knowledge confirmed we made the right choice. She knew more about our house than we did, including the quality of our builders. She saw the potential and knew what our house was worth. From start to finish the entire process was stress-free and seamless. Julie and her team, especially Beth were fast and efficient. Beth answered all of our questions and always gave us fast feedback after viewings. This team stands out from the rest and I cannot recommend them enough.

Danny and Lillie were extremely helpful during this difficult time and kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. I had used Crabb Curtis in 2018 when I sold my own house and that is why I chose them again.

We have moved several times and have not experienced such a professional, comprehensive yet personal service delivered by Sarah-Jayne. We were kept informed every step of the way and received responses to our queries without every having to chase them up. We would highly recommend Harts Homes and Sarah-Jayne, a lovely person to deal with.
13th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.- 20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
