24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thanks to the whole team at Peter Clarke in Wellesbourne, who did a great job at selling our house. They were proactive in marketing the property, followed up consistently on potential interest, always appeared to be up to speed on latest developments, and kept us in the loop throughout. Following our acceptance of the offer, they continued to facilitate a smooth process right up to completion. It was good to have a confidence-inspiring team, who we felt we could trust to represent our interests in our sale.

3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)An outstanding experience working with Complete. Very professional sales approach to finding a buyer, followed by excellent support from Stuart through the whole process.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)As tenants to one of their landlords, Atkinson Stilgoe have been our letting agent for the last 2-3 years. Abbie-Mae has been our primary point of contact who has been a friendly & reactive link to the business, whilst being hugely efficient & very professional at all times. Highly recommended.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Amazing experience selling my house through Sheldon Bosley Knight Leamington Spa. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional, compassionate and transparent agent. Every member of the team comes with a wealth of knowledge and were always there to guide and advise. It was my first experience in selling a house and Norma was nothing short of amazing, providing advice on any and all aspects of the process making the whole process that little bit less stressful!
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Big thank you to Roberta. You have been very helpful .
All the hard work , researchers and extra hours you put in to make sure you get the best results. I thank you and wish you all the best.
18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Pretty poor experience with this agency. I was a first time buyer, found a property & had everything sorted ect. Paid what ive now found out was an extortionate fee to obtain my mortgage compared to other brokers who were half & even 1/4 of the price. Now I will say Naz was absolutely brilliant, not the easiest to get hold of but brilliant at what he does. In terms of being kept up to date with the sale, communication was incredibly poor, with me having to keep emailing & calling. The seller messed me around for over 6 months to the point my mortgage expired & I lost the will to live. I started looking for another house, ( with connells in stratford) viewed it & within a week was told i was successful. 24 hours later I had the buyers agreement signed & done & should be the house within 8 weeks. Sellers who arent organised, waste people's time, have no intention of moving ect should be heavily fined or blacklisted. The seller could have done what alot of people do & rent privately to allow the sale to proceed but this woman has been nothing but a pain In everyone's backside. Thankfully im now buying a beautiful home thats much bigger, doesnt need any work ect & the staff at stratford are on it - making this happen. The lack of communication from this branch has left a source taste, & are not somewhere i would recommend, pleasant & lovely ladies but communication is definitely lacking.luckily I will now have my first & final home. Another big thankyou to Naz though ??- 8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have had a brilliant service from Connells in my search for a house to buy in Wellesbourne and especially from Lily Powell who accommodated the limited days and times when I was able to view properties and she kept me fully informed about progress to achieve what I wanted.
- 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)This estate agents is just a ‘cut above’. In particular we want to highlight Anthony as being nothing short of brilliant! We are currently in rented and I know he’s doing all he can to find us our new home. I’m on Rightmove several times a day, contacting all the estate agents and Anthony is the ONLY one that is regularly staying in touch, offering suggestions and in his own words - offering a wild card….he should be on ‘location, location, location’! We really hope Anthony finds our next home as we’d prefer to buy from him all day long!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Very nice and understanding and get problems sorted very quick
2nd Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Neomi has been great! She is very professional with excellent communication skills, any worries or concerns we have had she’s put our minds at rest. Noemi always responds promptly to our emails or phone calls, she has always been very friendly polite and gone up and beyond our expectations. What a lovely member of staff you have, she is a credit to your company.
19th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Straight talking, friendly and very knowledge-able. They knew more information about the property and local area on the viewing, than of any of the previous encounters / viewings I had been on with other agents. Well done - keep doing what your doing !
5th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Absolutely brilliant. 50k stars ??????. Unbelievable support ??????. Special thanks to Tatiana's assist. Highly recommend ??????.
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)They don't call u back ... 4 times I rang them .. to get a viewing.. all i can say very unprofessional..
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)What a breath of fresh air. I had an allocated person who organised and dealt with everything from viewings to liaising with other estate agents and solicitors. They most certainly took the stress out of selling and would answer any call within a timely manner. I have been singing their praises since from the word “go” Thank you Charles Rose and the team
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Sarah was a fantastic agent. She proved extremely professional and diligent and when the first buyer suddenly dropped out at the last moment, Sarah very quickly found another buyer.

20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m so grateful for all the help and support throughout the sale of my flat. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell, but Sevi was incredibly professional, patient and persistent from start to finish. She kept me updated and worked hard to keep everything moving. I genuinely appreciate everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sevi. Thank you so much! ??
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Bayzos were brilliant, beginning to end! Leah was extremely helpful during initial valuation and then during the viewings. Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!
Thank you again!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I had a great experience with Crabb Curtis who have helped me to buy my first home! A lovely team of staff who are always happy to help. A special thanks to Matthew and Lillie for all their support throughout the process.

The whole Team was fantastic including Fran, Nicola and Laura.

As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. We were kept in close contact with Fran who was extremely responsive, proactive and always on the ball, keeping us updated every step of the way. We genuinely felt like we were in safe hands throughout the entire process!

A massive thank you to Fran and team for making buying our first home such a positive experience. 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I have had connections with Margetts Estate Agents, Warwick for 38 years (from when I bought my property). I have since sold the property (also with Margetts) and cannot fault the service received in particular from Cheryl Harris and Helen Nielsen. I can highly recommend the Estate Agents in particular due the personal, professional and friendly service that they provided from the start to finish of the whole sales transaction. Thank You!
