12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently rented a property from DM & Co Homes. They are very friendly and helpful. I was assisted by a few lovely members of staff. Chiara being the main one was absolutely amazing and supported me throughout the paperwork. Evie, Steph and Laura also very very supportive and kind. They gave me advice and guided me through the process. The team is amazing and I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.

I have been using Paynes for over 15years who look after all my rented properties. And I have never had a reason to change . Thank you so much to everyone at Paynes.
13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.

She has been in touch with me throughout the process and very responsive when I have had questions, which in my experience with Estate Agents, is rare. 16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)I had a good experience, the agent, Quentin Lee was very patient and made sure I get what I wanted. Just a small issue with the referencing, as the referencing is done from an external company so they don’t really have a hand in this. But otherwise I’m satisfied.

I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. A very easy and smooth process!

They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year. A big thank you to Selina and Irene in the letting team and hope to use your services again in the future

Swift and helpful, Thank you !!- 5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We had a horrible experience with Connells. We were continuously sent inexperienced agents. Once, we watched one of them walk around the grounds of our flat with a viewer, trying to find the property, as she had no idea where it was. One of the agents arrived in a belly top, late and unprepared. Agents were often late. When I complained about this, I was told they have a lot of appointments and may be late. This lateness often meant viewers waited far too long for a viewing. It is also shocking that lateness is the norm for them. As a standard, Connells agents will arrive at your property with viewers and not beforehand, which can be really awkward. I contacted other agents in the area, who advised me this is abnormal for estate agents. I asked this to stop and was made to feel like I was the problem. I tried to raise concerns about the above and other problems we were having. The branch manager reassured me that she would do the viewings herself, forgot she had said that, then booked the problematic agent back in again. When we were previously with them to buy, we were continuously cold-called with literally anything they had on and couldn't sell at the time. It got so frustrating we stopped looking. At the time, the viewing we did have was pointless, as the agent was literally playing Clash of Clans on his phone as we walked around.. Just absolute trash. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Both were excellent throughout, very helpful and on hand whenever we required their expertise. Would definitely consider using Elizabeth Davenport again in the future. Huge thank you.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)We have recently used David, Amelia and the wonderful team at Kingsman to sell our home. The process from start to finish has been outstanding. We had multiple agents value our property and David stood out above the rest with a great understanding of not only our property, but the market in general and gave us lots of useful tips on buying too. There were no hidden fees for photographs or identity verification which we really appreciated.<br>We sold in the very first weekend of listing after a bumper day of viewings and the communication throughout was outstanding. We had feedback from each prospective purchaser and the negotiations on our sale were seamless. Once sold the progress was passed to Amelia who has kept us up-to-date on a weekly basis. She liaised with our buyers and the sellers of the property we purchased and both solicitors, and ensured that all communications were top notch. We have now exchanged contracts and are ready for our move. We can't recommend Kingsman Estate Agents enough & I will be telling anyone considering moving to speak to David first. We all know that selling your home can be stressful but the whole process has been anything but, and that's down to Kingsman. So, a huge thank you from The Francis Family.

13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.
