We were unlucky with the initial value of the property and accept this happens, and have sold it with them, guiding us through the process.

1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

19th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)After my late mother's property in Harbury had been on the market with a large national estate agent chain with no success of sale, I was very grateful for Pina at Kleinmann Properties to market it for us. She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)

Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly. I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
31st Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Grat communication and very helpful, Saleem was available for all calls at any time and answered all questions. Sale was quick ans we were able to receive keys within 3 months.
6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.

Everyone has been friendly, approachable and genuinely easy to deal with.<br><br>It’s lovely to be able to ring the office and speak to someone who knows who you are, rather than being passed from department to department. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, it’s always been dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>A special thank you to Luke and the whole team for always being so helpful. It’s refreshing to receive such personal service, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent.
