Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. They also gave good advice and contacts when it came to having the property cleared. On the whole, it was a very good experience.

18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Their knowledge, dedication, and genuine care really stood out, and we always felt we were in safe hands.<br>Doug and Jen are a fantastic team, and their commitment to their clients is second to none. He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

They took over the sale process of my property after being on market with another estate agent in Sidcup for some time. They were highly proactive with viewings and always very pleasant to deal with and courteous. Also strong at communication and keeping me updated and managing our sale through to eventual completion, despite a very long property chain and a few challenges with solicitors. Very happy with the service I received.
