19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We bought two years ago and recently recommended them to our neighbours who are selling, which made me think I should finally leave a review (which I promised to do at the time...sorry Tony!)<br>Tony was great, talked to us realistically about budgets, time frames, and expectations as first time buyers. He even recommended us a mortgage broker when ours when quiet, who came through and helped us to complete.<br>Tony knows the area, his trade, and is a genuine guy with good intentions - would use again if we move for sure!

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)????????????the worst agency no responsibility for 4 months<br>They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.<br>All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open<br>Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.<br>And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????
12th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish. A number of offers received within 2 weeks of listing some in excess of asking price. Richard helped us to navigate the whole process really effectively really good clear and efficient communication. Nothing was to was much trouble. Richard ensured the sale was completed in good time and was always communicating with all parties involved and kept us informed every step of the way.<br>He is personable, reliable and someone you can trust. Would highly recommend RL Morris to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area as you will recieve a more personal service then that offered by some of the larger chains.<br>Cant thank Richard enough!

24th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

He was always understanding, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I needed anything, it was sorted almost immediately, which made me feel genuinely looked after as a tenant.<br><br>Thank you, Rob, for your professionalism, kindness, and support throughout my tenancy. 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Totally unprofessional and petty behaviour especially the director of Hunt,<br><br>i booked a viewing for a property and then was told to come in the office and we would leave from the office to the property but when i came inside the office Hailey immediately started starring me up and down and asking multiple questions which she could of asked on the phone but instead chose to make me come inside as a revenge plan to get back at me for missing a previous booking with her . There was no booking at all and all she said was<br>“to see who i am”

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.<br><br>Around two weeks ago, I contacted them regarding a property that was clearly advertised as having allocated parking. I have screenshots and proper evidence of the original advertisement and all the communication regarding this.<br><br>Based on the information provided in the advert, I proceeded with the property and paid a holding deposit. However, when it came to completing the contract, I was suddenly told that there was no parking available and that they had only applied for a parking permit.<br><br>We waited and followed up again two days later to ask whether the parking permit had been arranged. Instead of receiving a professional response, we were spoken to extremely rudely and the call was eventually ended. We were then simply told that they could no longer offer us the property and that we should take our deposit back.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spent almost two weeks dealing with this property based on the information they had provided. We had also raised concerns about the poor condition and dirt inside the property and were told that this could not be dealt with either.<br><br>Because we genuinely believed we were moving into this property, we had already informed our previous landlord that we intended to leave. Their poor communication, lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of the situation caused us significant inconvenience, wasted time and unnecessary stress.<br><br>The way both the person handling our application and the manager dealt with us on the phone was completely unacceptable. Basic professionalism, communication and customer service were seriously lacking.<br><br>I have retained evidence of the advertisement, communication and the issues mentioned above.<br><br>Overall, this experience was a complete waste of our time, money and energy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent a property.

I have to say that the level of service we received from start to finish was absolutely outstanding, and we could not have picked a better agency for our needs.<br><br>A very special shoutout to Waqas who, from the very first meeting, immediately understood our circumstances and requirements and was fully committed to fulfil them throughout the process. The deep level of knowledge and expertise he possesses in this field became immediately clear and we were confident in the numerous bits of advice we received during the process and are extremely thankful for it. Honestly, it felt more like dealing with an older brother than an agent. And the rest of the team were always eager to help whenever we reached out to them.<br><br>In all, I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is keen to sell their property in the smoothest and most efficient way possible.

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 14th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)The staff was always arranging viewings last minute and asking us to do the viewings twice on a late Saturday afternoon nas Sunday evening. There waa no mobile contact number to call easily. There was no extra effort to try amd sell the house beyond routine advertising. Once I withdrew the house from the market the manager who was calling me every daybto put the hous on the market did not even call or email me back personally. Just got a generic email from their parent company. Felt the whole approach was very impersonal.We know from other agents that our road is sought after and they get queries.. But Bairstowe did not seem to have much idea about what made our house and street an attractive prospect.
