The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Seemed to do very little, apart from using Right Move. Seemingly no actual sales methodology used. Just, put it on Right move. Generally return calls quickly , except, when trying to terminate the sales contract. Produced all most nothing in the agree sales period. Would not remotely recommend, I’m afraid.

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.

From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing. Her knowledge of the property and the local area gave us real confidence in our decision, and she made the whole viewing experience a pleasure.<br><br>Having such a reliable and proactive team behind us made an enormous difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide our son through buying his new home. His explanation of the service and the people at Thomas James Estate Agents was open, honest, and reassuring, which is what ultimately led us to choose them over other agents in the area. The sales process took four and a half months from engagement to completion, and throughout that time we were kept fully informed via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for our property. This made communication incredibly easy, allowing us to ask and answer questions quickly, and ensured the team remained proactive in driving the sale through to completion. We were extremely happy with the seamless process and the genuine care and attention shown by the team—Tom, James, Claire, and Elliot (with special mention to Elliot) at Thomas James Estate Agents. We cannot recommend them highly enough; you would be foolish not to consider them.
