While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

Not only did he deliver on what I needed, he did so quickly, professionally, and with a lovely human touch that’s hard to find these days. He looked out for my interests and was always reliably there to step in or sort anything out, even in an emergency when he was out of the office. When he was away, he made sure his colleague Luca Obertelli promptly stepped in and helped immediately. They both took the urgency of the situation seriously, and it bears mentioning how rare this is to come across in Europe, where nothing is ever urgent.<br><br>Working with Jonah was one of the most positive real estate business interactions I’ve ever had, or I’ve even heard of anyone having, and I hope I can continue to work with him in the future (to his boss, if you are reading this, he deserves a promotion and a large bonus, at least twice over!!!!!) ??????????????????

Moving can often feel stressful and overwhelming, but she made everything feel smooth, organised, and straightforward.<br><br>She was always available to answer questions, kept us updated proactively, and genuinely made us feel supported from start to finish. Her professionalism combined with a warm and friendly approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thank you, Mimi, for helping me and my partner find and move into a place we’re so excited to call home. However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

28th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)The team here really doesn’t seem to care about tenants. They often do not reply to emails or requests for help. They also send the cheapest contractors possible to run checks or (if you’ve asked a few times) fix things, and they only give a 12 hour window where a contractor “might” come. If you’re gone that day, and give ample notice that you will not be in, they won’t respond to your emails, and some poor contractor will call you at 9:30pm in the rain asking where you are.<br><br>I’m unsure if it’s inexperience or the state of renting in London. We love our flat, and our landlord seems kind, our biggest thorn is working with this agency.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
