Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

They worked hard to liaise with all relevant parties which speeded up the process. I give my especial thanks to Layla. I would recommend them as the best estate agents I have had contact with.

Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

They consistently go above and beyond, providing outstanding service, excellent communication and genuine care every step of the way. It’s a real pleasure to work with a team that is so professional, reliable and dedicated to their clients. Sally and the team always go the extra mile, and their commitment really sets them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent they can trust.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Sawyers highly enough, and after many years as one of their tenants I say that from experience, not just politeness.<br><br>What sets them apart is the personal touch. This never feels like a faceless letting agency — Steven and Helio know their tenants and landlords, and they treat both fairly.<br><br>Steven is meticulous: safety checks are always done properly and on time, and you're never left chasing paperwork or wondering whether something's been covered — copies are always provided without having to ask.<br><br>Helio deserves a special mention of his own. He's super efficient, but it's the kindness and empathy alongside his good humour that make him stand out.<br><br>Although it's a rental property, Steven has always said it's our home while we live in it, and that's exactly how they've treated it. Reasonable requests and updates get properly advocated for.<br><br>When maintenance issues have come up, they've used local tradespeople who've been friendly, reliable, and done a genuinely good job.<br><br>I've had personal experience of Sawyers going the extra ‘many miles’ when it really mattered, at a time when that support meant more than they probably realised. They're kind, flexible whenever they're able to be, and I've never doubted that they care about their renters as people, not just tenancies to manage.<br><br>If you're weighing up a rental property and one of them is managed by Sawyers, choose that one. They will look after you and your home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a long-term, trusted letting agent.
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We changed to Perry Bishop after being with another estate agent for 5 months and not having any viewings for 3 months.<br>We straight away had more viewings once we were with Perry Bishop and Mandy was amazing in finding us the perfect buyer for our house. Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. A big thank you to Shirley, Mandy and team.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents
6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We Bought our first property through Tg and we rented off them for 5 years a couple years previous.<br><br>Rental side: of things where always good, even when we had problems and inspections where non invasive and if you wasn't in they would always leave a note to say it's been done.<br><br>Buying side:<br>(Brutal process of no fault to TG it was a long winded leasehold management company issue)<br><br>as 2 first time buyers it was a complete unknown even with speaking to a friend and my uncle who are mortgage advisors, Warren was on time and brilliant with my girlfriend on a viewing and replied as quick as he could, as by god he's busy!<br><br>Frequently we would then chase issues or for information from the seller through Meghan at TG and she had been faultless, always cheery on the phone which through the process from hell we was going through it was well appreciated, sympathise with every hurdle and got to the bottom of the nitty gritty enquiries at the end.<br><br>I think by the end of the process all parties had enough of the delay for what should of been a simple transaction as we sure did!<br><br>Thank you TG for having patience with us, and for the information provided along the way!

Clare goes above and beyond to ensure everything is actioned in a timely manner, to keep everyone in the loop, to follow up questions, sort out issues and to keep facilitating communication between all relevant parties, including the professionals. Often beyond what the job description requires. Thrown in with her professionalism is a great sense of humour.<br>There is a great support act from all the team at Peter Joys.

From the initial consultation right through to exchange, they were absolutely fantastic — professional, approachable and genuinely supportive throughout.<br><br>Communication was excellent at every stage, and we always felt informed, reassured and in very safe hands. Their advice was consistently sound, honest and well judged. In particular, when it came to considering a price reduction, they offered thoughtful, sensible guidance without ever being pushy, which ultimately helped us achieve our sale.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. It made what can be a stressful process feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We are extremely grateful to Amy and the team for their professionalism, dedication and excellent service. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.
