26th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

22nd Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with the rental agency. I was a tenant with them for five years, during which they conducted quarterly inspections. On each visit, no significant issues were ever raised, and I was never informed of any major concerns regarding the condition of the property.<br><br>However, at the end of my tenancy, they suddenly presented an excessive number of alleged issues and proceeded to deduct over £1,600 from my deposit — ultimately returning nothing at all. This was both shocking and deeply frustrating, particularly given the lack of prior complaints throughout my tenancy. The situation feels unfair and unjustified, especially after maintaining a long-term and seemingly trouble-free rental history with them.

We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. His communication has been excellent, always available, and very easy to talk to, especially when it comes to dealing with any questions or issues along the way. He’s made the whole process feel much less stressful, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Honestly, I wish everyone had an estate agent like Cameron. He’s a huge credit to the company! Sam Duquemin at MU has gone the extra mile for me to find me the specific deals I needed where others have failed. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. Outstanding service - highly recommended.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)So I used Bournes for the rental of my property over the 2025-2026 calender year. They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!

She has a way of knowing exactly how to connect with her clients and in a non-salesy way. If you’re lucky to get a property viewing with her, you know exactly what I mean. She responded to all my questions promptly and with all the information I requested. Great job Chloe, Romans is lucky to have you. PS: The whole lettings team is also great, evidenced by how they step in for each other seamlessly.- 30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Initially went personally to their company in Farnborough to check if the place I'm interested in is still available to let. Sadly, it was let agreed. Joshua Hole managed to offer to me one of their latest flat and booked me for a viewing the next day! It was so quick that we managed to secure the place within few days. Quick turnaround time as well. There were just small issues that caused a delay to our moving date. But I would also commend Sarah for sorting it out; She was very professional when she handle my case and apologise for what happened! Just to add up, I went to other letting agency around the area just for a back up plan in case if I'm not able to get the flat I haven't heard any updates from them, they probably think I'm just messing about and I find them unwelcoming upon coming in contrary to the Romans. Anyhow, if you want a professional and nice team to help you find a place to let. I would suggest Romans and find Josh to assist you!
