1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience.<br><br>I moved into a property on 31 July 2026 and was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it was handed over. The property had no electricity when I moved in. After investigating the issue myself, I established that E.ON was the supplier and was informed that the electricity had been disconnected due to a negative balance on the account.<br><br>The property also had no hot water, with the hot water system/boiler displaying an error. In addition, the property was clearly not prepared for a new tenant. It showed no sign of having been professionally cleaned, the walls were dirty, there was mould on the walls and blinds, the bedroom carpet had hard sticky stains, the lounge flooring was lifting, the kitchen walls required attention, and the toilet seat was broken.<br><br>The most disappointing part was the lack of communication and support from the agency. After calling the office several times and sending emails explaining that the property had no electricity and no hot water, there was complete radio silence. Despite raising urgent issues affecting the basic habitability of the property, I received no timely response or clear plan to resolve the situation.<br><br>Moving into a new home should be a positive experience, but unfortunately this was extremely stressful and disappointing. I hope the agency improves its property inspection process, communication with tenants, and response times when dealing with serious issues.

Toby’s consistent hard work and attention to detail was fantastic and I can highly recommend him and his staff to all landlords and tenants who are looking for a first class service in these days of constantly changing and challenging market conditions!

Many estate agents keeps you as option, wastes your time.They were always helpful, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient team that won’t waste your time, I highly recommend them. Excellent service.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

As a first time buyer, I really had no idea where to start, however Vicki was very helpful and managed to find me the best suited mortgage deal. She handled my application, which as a result felt like a breeze, and then proceed to help navigate life cover etc. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, Anna & Steph during this and the excellent service also continued with them. They really are a lovely team and very much deserve 5 stars!

Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We knew we wanted to have Michael as our estate agent from previous meeting we had had with him setting out when was the right time for us to sell. He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say ?????? and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
