Outstanding service from Ed at Knight Frank<br><br>We were incredibly impressed with the support, advice, and service we received from Ed throughout the sale of our home. Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.<br><br>Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I would 100% recommend WPR and Stacey in particular to anyone! We’ve just sold our house and we went with another estate agent. Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold a house through Keats Fearn. We have used them before and they have not failed to be a brilliant agent. Their reports on viewings was always instant and guiding us through the sale was professional and without them our sale would have been so much harder.

16th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We originally bought our house through Charters, who happened to be the selling agent, and were so impressed by how well we were looked after as buyers that, when it came to selling our home, we knew we wanted to go back to them.<br><br>Toby was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale.<br><br>We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Toby and the Charters of Alton team highly enough.

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

Throughout the whole process of selling our property everyone has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A big thanks goes out to everyone, Justin, Thomas, Abby, Nick and I must reserve a special thank you to the amazing Lisa.<br><br>It has been a long and stressful process, not only were we relocating away from the area but we also lost our original buyer the day before exchange. The team where so proactive and we had a new buyer within 48 hours and ensured we did not loose the house we were purchasing.<br><br>From day one Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain moved along as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Keeping us regularly updated, and offered amazing support and advice when at times things became quite stressful. My levels of anxiety would have been much higher if it had not been for Lisa!<br><br>Thank you, our new adventure begins and I'm so pleased we chose Homes in Alton to help us achieve it!

The house had been on the market for a while with relatively little interest through a traditional estate agency, but Matt suggested an improved approach that generated decent interest, two good offers and a successful sale. They quickly produced great marketing materials that really showcased the property, highlighting its potential to a range of different buyers.<br><br>Throughout the process, they looked after us really well and were extremely easy to deal with.<br><br>Great ideas, great service and great support. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
