I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

He has been great at arranging many many viewings and getting people to come and see our house. Finally, one couple, one viewing and that was all we needed. And we are so thrilled to be buying a house through Charters as well. We've had our sights on this particular house for 3 months and finally Josh has made it happen. Josh was a pleasure to work with. Professional, polite and easy to get on with. Thank you so much.

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

From the initial valuation through to completion, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent, we were kept updated after viewings, and they worked hard to keep everything moving along. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henry and the Winkworth team to anyone looking to sell their home.

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.
16th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. Abbie was our principal contact and she went out of her way to help us and make the whole process much simpler, quicker and friendlier than it might have otherwise been. We love our new home and so are not thinking about selling it obviously, but if we needed an estate agent, I would definitely choose Homes.
29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The people who work in the Havant branch of this estate agent were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me updated throughout the whole process of selling my house. I would recommend them over any other estate agent in Havant, I had a disappointing experience with the one a few doors along with the rude woman who works in there. Rob and James went above and beyond and would definitely use them again.

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.
1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.
